The hotel is economical and is located near the JR Shimonoseki station. When i went into the hotel, the staff helped me to check in patiently and explained the facilities carefully and with details. Also, the view is marvelous!
This is a hotel I caught with an acquaintance in Hohu City. It was so nice to have a sauna on the first floor. The rice was delicious. However, it is good because it is right in front of the station, but it was a bit unfortunate that there was a lot of sound when the train passed.
The facilities were clean and well stayed .^^
The location is super convenient, across the road from New Yamaguchi Station, next to there are restaurants and convenience shops, so there is no problem with eating. The only thing is because there are restaurants, so at night D friends are very noisy down there, especially when When you do not close the window, had to bring your own earplugs, the hotel staff is very NICE, although I asked the question of putting luggage on TRIP.COM no one replied to me, but to the scene the hotel staff are very HELPFUL to help KEEP wearing the luggage again night D CHECK IN 。
Beautiful Onsen hotel. Visiting a friend at Yuda Onsen, and chanced upon Onn. Japanese standard of service and cleanliness, price is reasonable as well. I love how i could visit the onsen as many times I want. For those who are too shy, you can book one of the two private onsen rooms for ¥3500 per hr which is pretty reasonable in my opinion. Free flow of coffee at the coffee machine at the reception. Too many great things at this hotel to be written in a few words. Only downside would be the really tiny rooms but most Japanese hotels are tiny anyway.
Saw a few bad reviews online and was a bit worried. Our experience wasn’t so bad in general. There were towels and shower gel etc in the room. Bathroom is a bit small but manageable. We had to go to reception to buy washing powder for laundry though, then had to go again to change coins, which was quite inconvenient.
I was a little disappointed that the breakfast selection was small, but everything else was fine. Especially the bath was very clean and great. The front desk service was also good.
It's a good distance from the station, but there was an izakaya with exceptionally delicious fish nearby, and I was able to enjoy it with my companion.
Facilities of hotel can have good feeling by correspondence that is moderate not gorgeousness.
All the staff were polite to each other, and it was a little disappointing that it took time to check in.
The facilities in the guest room are a little old, but I had no problems.
Also, if there is an opportunity, I would like to use it by all means.
The rooms are very tidy and the facilities are relatively old, but they are well maintained and will not be dirty! The hotel is by the sea, there is 7-11 opposite the entrance, and the opposite road is JR Tokuyama Station
This is not the Hotel in the photo added. The hotel is a reasonable Japanese style business hotel. The staff were very kind and friendly and tried to help us with the booking problem cause by Trip.com. The booking agency (Trip.com) had booked us as 6 guests and charged us accordingly. We were 4 adults and one child and were overcharged by Trip.com by 1/3 of the price (about 10,000 yen). The hotel staff were helpful but they couldn't do anything as this was a mistake by the agents not the hotel. I will be contacting Trip.com to ask for a refund of the amount they charged us in error.

CCurious TravellerUnbeatable location with many rooms ( or all rooms) and public spaces facing Tsunoshima Bridge. Our room faced the ocean directly with no obstruction. The bath was also quite decent and the outdoor bath is next to the sea. You can enjoy the sound of the waves while bathing in the hot spa. It should be quite spectacular during sunset. The spa was probably renovated within the last 10 years as it was in good condition.
The room , however, felt old and the corridor was damp. The carpet in the room felt damp and the room felt stuffy. The AC worked well and we turned it on high. Our triple room as spacious but I felt itchy the whole night while sleeping- although the sheets looked clean ( I slept on the added bed). The other two beds looked slumped in the middle.
Bathroom also looked quite old( from the 70’s)?
My room was at the far end wing and there were lots of stairs to walk up and down from the front desk which was on the third floor. The staff will help to bring the luggages to your room ( also at check out - just call).
Hotel restaurant serves dinner buffet . If you are not interested, the hotel also has a list of restaurants nearby with 10-30 minutes drive. We drove out to have yakitori in a small down, which was very local, but with friendly owner, good food- and super cheap price ( each yakitori was about ¥120-150 yen.
Breakfast buffet has both Japanese and western offers, taste was average. Overall service was very good.
GGuest UserIchinomata Onsen Grand Hotel offers a serene and rejuvenating experience. Set in a beautiful location, it features traditional Japanese architecture and onsen (hot spring) facilities that provide a perfect way to relax. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, often with stunning views of the surrounding nature. Guests can enjoy delicious local cuisine, and the staff is known for their warm hospitality. It's an excellent choice for those looking to unwind and immerse themselves in Japanese culture. Whether you're traveling for leisure or a romantic getaway, Ichinomata Onsen Grand Hotel is a wonderful destination!

GGuest UserThis place was clean and neat and the meals were delicious. The staff was very kind and attentive. The bathroom was nice, the lobby was nice. The bed was a little stiff for American tastes but more comfortable than most here in Japan. This place had its own chic style that I appreciated. They went out of their way to accommodate my dietary needs.
CCasper WongLocation is convenient, 5-minute walk from JR Shimonoseki Station - through the footbridge or the underpass (footbridge recommended if you are carrying with you large pieces of luggage as elevators are available). Room setting is great - I especially liked the couch area. Cleanliness was acceptable, but could have been even better. Coin laundry machines at the hotel are among the best I've tried - the passcode lock feature of the machines prevents your clothing items from being mistakenly taken by others.

ここーじまるThe hotel's exterior was gorgeous, the rooms were very clean, and the breakfast menu was extensive, so I was able to spend a very meaningful time there. It was also a hotel that made me want to stay there again if I come to Yamaguchi.
RRaymondHaving similar apartment booked with the same host for the trip. Frankly, overall experience is good, though this property is a little dusty. Hagi is not a city for shopping, also found it difficult for dining out though quite a number of restaurants around, most of them were fully booked on the day we stay. Have to drive 5 minutes for food around McDonald's and Lawson. It's still a great place to visit and stay at this property and
a property value for money!
