Booked non-smoking room. Was given rooms on level 9th floor, which is a flexible floor where guests can smoke. I have asked what if there’s still smoke smell, the receptionist convince me that they ozone the rooms so shouldn’t have any smell. Room only ready at around 4pm (check-in starts at 2pm). Once i went in, the cigaratte smells was so strong, the staffs immediately sprayed deodorizer. Left the room, come back at 10pm, same smell. Called the service, no reply, called again to receptionist immediay ask to change room. They wanted to ozone the room again. It’s freaking 10pm, mind you. The guy ozone came and asked me whether i wasn’t aware with the floor flexibility. Mind you, i am paying for NON SMOKING ROOM, NOT FLEXIBLE ROOM. This hotel is a joke.
Love Ayola Hotel Cikarang. The room is adequate for 2. Amenities are limited but enough for basic needs. We love the small gym, although some equipments need to be replace/fix. The AC in our room is cool and we are happy with it. We shall be back if we happen to be in the area.

The breakfast room offer Indonesian buffet breakfast. There are bubur ayam, sum sum, nasi goreng, ayam goreng mentega, kwetiau, several kinds of pastries, slices white bread with jam and chocolate paste, water melon and sugar melon to select. Unfortunately the fruit drinks are NOT fresh squeezed fruits but water mixed with concentrated fruit syrup. No fresh milk or yoghurt available.
The downside of the buffet is that the flames of the food heaters were put off already at approx. 8:00 o'clock while the restaurant is still open till 10 o'clock. That's why all the warm food selections are cold already while guests still arriving at the restaurant!
Please don't put the flames off before closing breakfast time. We decided for this reason only the first morning to have brekfast. Breakfast fee is IDR 100K per person.
Overall staff are very helpful and polite.
Will return again to Whiz Prime Pajajaran when in Bogor.
Booked one night stay since we were so exhausted back from Bandung. Checked in at 8.30 p.m. and the room was ready. I got 2nd floor bedroom it I was concerned that the low floor will be noisy. The receptionist assured me that it will not be noisy at night since the room will be facing the opposite of the road. 15 mins inside the room we heard a very loud music from the floor below, turns out there was party at the 1st floor. I complained and luckily they moved me to 6th floor. They even give me a complimentary chocolate.
Overall the service is good, and the room is clean. Cleanliness and service is the most important thing.
Unfotunately the onsen is under maintanance for 1 month, so you should check first before book the hotel.
Been having staycation there for the longest time. Calm quiet location with the most friendly and helpful staff who remembers me even it was a year ago that I visited them.
Close by to Ikea or Aeon mall where you can have your shopping and dinning crave satisfied.
Greeted by friendly staffs and my check-in was processed by employee of the year 2023 Agung. Indeed, he is very fast, clear and knowledgeable when explaining the terms and info.
For the room, it was spacious. All is good but I thought the bedsheet and towels provided could be better (stains were found). Also, maybe if can provide rubbish bag for the bins so we won’t dirty the bin when we are disposing things.
As for the breakfast, it was great; good spread of food and quality of the food was decent. I always looked forward for the breakfast during my stay here.
Since it is a new hotel, everything was clean and comfortable. It is directly connected to the Pakuwon Shopping Mall next door, so you can go shopping without getting wet even if it rains. There are many restaurants, so I think it is the best location in Bekasi. Also, the Revo Shopping Mall next door, about 30 meters away, is a little old, but it is directly connected to the station and is more comfortable than a taxi if you are going to Jakarta.
There was construction work going on at the hotel next door late at night, so the noise woke me up several times, but I think that is just a problem for now. Also, there are no convenience stores nearby, so there is no place to shop late at night.

GGuest UserI was 3 nights at Cordela Hotel, 2 single bed room non smoking. My experience with the staffs at hotel are absolutely amazing, from the security, front desk, restaurant staff. They are very polite and professional when having conversation with them or questioning any help or concern. They are very helpful and always welcoming anyone to stay at their hotel.
The facilities i would say perfect for the price i paid and feels like stay at 4 star Hotel.
If you are a smoker you can request smoking room which is also clean or you can relax at first floor with nice view towards main street and it is 24/7 open to seat there.
The foods are also vary and they have very nice food with affordable price. My favourite snack is called pisang goreng, i love it.
Oh yeah…there is a lot more place to chill out and hunting some more foods around the hotel location, just by walk.
I will definitely come back again for few more days this week before travel to Jakarta. And hope will come back again to Cordela after Jakarta trip.

And the parking lot, its not easy to go in and out and its space only limited especially for high season, when you are in, and u wont go out as no parking space left haha..
Overall its good hotel for staycation.
EElsaDLThe place emulates a village built on water. It was fun. The pool was good and big. The fishing experience was fun, even though we did not manage to get any fish. But the attendant was very attentive and helped us to catch some. Everyone gets grilled or fried fish. Nobody mentioned this in the review column. This was a very nice touch to our stay. I really love this hotel. Will come back if we visit Garut.

Awal check in sekitar jam 3 tanpa deposit, book non smoke tp adanya smoking , kalau non smoke harus nunggu lagi 30 menit dan semuanya readynya connecting door. Kamarnya lumayan bersih dan amenitiesnya lengkap. Fasilitasnya cukup lengkap dan kids friendly. Bf untuk hotel bintang 4 sorry to say biasa aja, menu dari tiap pilihan kaya western, tradisional, dessert sedikit. Coba nasi goreng juga sudah tidak fresh, seperti sudah dimasak dari malam.
Setelah bf mau balik ke kamar boom, ternyata ada acara lomba di lt 16 untuk ratusan peserta dari luar, alhasil ngantri lift lamaaaa bangett harus ngantri sama peserta acara. Sampe bbrp kali nyoba masuk gabisa karna over. Ga sampe situ aja, pas dari kamar mau co ke fo, kayanya bubaran acara juga atau masih rame untuk acara, alhasil nunggu di depan lift udah sekitar 25 menit selalu FULL dari atas yg mau ke ground floor dan lift yang bisa di pencet/akses CUMA SATU lainnya GABISA. Saking lamanya akhirnya coba cari lift untuk hk/service akhirnya pake LIFT KARYAWAN, dan itupun gabisa lgsg ke lt G, harus ke basement/lt 1 trus turun TANGGA. mau co aja berasa abis nge gym karna udah keringetan NUNGGU LIFT, NAIK LIFT KARYAWAN dan TURUN TANGGA trs jalan lumayan ke reseptionist depan.
Please untuk manajemen/sales hotel kalau mau ada acara, dari semua segi diperhatikan mulai dari tmpt, akses, jam acara, kapasitas tamu hotel dan lainnya. Karna di lift setelah acara pun tamu hotel banyak yang complain ke engineer yang ada didalem lift, masnya cuma bisa minta maaf dan menjalankan tugasnya tapi sayang didepan lift gaada dari pihak hotel yang mengatur penggunaan lift yang berimbas pada tamu hotel.
Semoga kedepannya lebih baik lagi, just want to share my experience.
