Every hotel and every international brand has cons and pos. The only thing i can say for parklane Cyprus is that made our holidays really special. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Very good stay in the hotel! The receptionists are welcoming and attentive. The rooms are large and clean. There is a free safe in the room. The well-stocked breakfast buffet is served from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. A gym with a few machines open from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. with an indoor pool, in addition to the outdoor pool. Very pleasant stay.

The only downside is that the room network is too bad, but the network speed in the lobby on the first floor is OK. In addition, the room does not provide hot water, and the whole room is an old-fashioned socket. I think the breakfast is very good, anyway, it meets my appetite. The hotel was sooo pretty and very central, but quiet to sleep. We will definitely stay there again, when we come to Limassol! The beds are very comfortable and the room was cosy. The only thing we didn’t like: we booked it, cause it’s an adult only hotel: But since people, who don’t stay in the hotel can come for brunch and they can bring their kids, it’s not really adults only. We had 3 kids jumping around and running around and screaming while we had breakfast, what was definitely annoying and not relaxing. The parents enjoyed their brunch and didn’t care at all. I think that’s quite rude from the parents (very selfish, if you can’t control kids, but you don’t care about other guests) and the hotel could at least have said something. If you advertise and adult only hotel, but kids jumping around during breakfast, this could be mentioned. We let the reception know about it.

Everything good, but we were a little disappointed as the room size looks on the pictures bigger than in reality. A nice touch was the prepared “gin tonic set”. The fitness room was big and with all you need. Still don’t understand why people are calling and walking with smartphone around. Should be forbidden.

The location of the suite was worse than the normal room I had the day before: frontal sea view but ground floor, fronting the noisy pool area. The neighbors can directly see into your balcony. The artificial grass is getting really hot and “stinks” in summer. The suite itself is nice and has a warm design.

Lovely place to stay at, a bit overpriced but overall we had a wonderful experience. Lost a few points on the several delays we had. Both from room service and team. The main manager gifted us a lovely bouquet though and made us feel warm. The manager at Locatelli, Mario, his team, and Chief gave us the best experience ever!!! We have returned several times to eat there and they took care of us every single time. Preparing amazing vegan/vegetarian food and Apu, our waiter, ensured that everything was amazing. The spa facilities are unique, we enjoyed all areas and the salt pool but the massage was so-so, for the price we payed. The breakfast area was very loud, waiters were arguing and it was very noisy. The constant music blasting everywhere was also not aligned with the serenity that this place aims to create. We were on the top floors and we could still hear the pool music until late hours. We will return back to Locatelli for sure. As far as staying there..we might give it another try.
