It was a great stay, parking was ample in the basement. The room was upgraded to a king suite(thank you). We didn't eat in the attached restaurant (chillies). The hottub was good and the reason we picked this hotel. Would stay again. Only thing negative I could say was that noises from outside easily make their way inside. Not bad, but worth a mention.

In Banff, it can be regarded as a relatively large hotel scale. The rooms can see the snow-capped mountains opposite. The hot springs on the terrace are also very good. It is very pleasant to soak in the hot springs at night! The hotel is at the entrance of Line 1 and 2 buses. You can get unlimited free tickets for 3 days. It is also very convenient to take the airport bus at the door to Calgary Airport! Suitable for free travel.

Excellent hotel, good service. It is located right in the city center within walking distance to all places of entertainment and recreation. The only negative is that it is not indicated that parking must be paid separately, but this does not spoil the impression, there is also a swimming pool and a sauna with a jacuzzi, I advise everyone to visit

The hotel was great , the room was big, staff was friendly, breakfast was good but everyday the same. Overall my experience was fantastic, i would stay there again. My only complaint was parking. I chose this hotel because parking was included , but spaces are very limited 2 out 4 nights i had to park on the street and wake up very early to move the car.

A hotel with a great location 🏨 Just a short walk from Banff Boulevard. A clean hotel that emphasizes wood 😊 Since the boulevard is close, it's okay if there are no restaurants inside the hotel 🆗 There's a steakhouse called ”bluebird” next to the hotel. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is excellent, so I recommend it. For breakfast, McDonald's is open 24 hours a day, and the restaurants in Park Lodge, which are affiliated with the hotel ❓, look good too. Even if you don't eat out, there is a supermarket and liquor store nearby, so it's even more reasonable to buy something there and take it home 👍 In addition, Park Lodge seems to have a spa, so if you bring your swimsuit, you can use it! ️ This time, I didn't bring my swimsuit, so it's a shame 😢 There are some things that are a shame. The way the water comes out of the shower is a bit difficult to use 😆 It's a bit of a shame that it's bar soap instead of body soap 😢 It's also a shame that there are no bathrobes 😢 But it's clean, the rooms are spacious, and it's close to the boulevard, which is the biggest advantage. I recommend it in combination with Park Lodge 😊👍

The location of the hotel is great. The modernly decorated lobby and rooms offer you more than enough comfort for a pleasant holiday.

Hotel waa situated in a very convenient location in downtown Calgary. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly and another plus point is that the breakfast is good

Great value for money, very nice room. Just by the highway. Hot breakfast (would love some fresh fruit, but otherwise pretty decent). Would recommend.

Convenient airport shuttle, nice room, efficient service, and excellent breakfast. After a long flight this was exactly what I needed. I will choose this location every time i fly now - really enjoyed it.
