I strongly recommend this hotel. Staffs are excellent in customer service. They are polite and they always see that the customers are always happy in meeting the hotel expectations. With my 5 days staying at the hotel i feel like i am in my home. Big thanks to Ate Margie and Kuya ike and the rest of the staffs. Continue to maintain your excellent customer service.

Small, nice room, clean, there were no problems with hot water, there was no mold either (this is a big plus). 1. The windows of the rooms face the roadway (highway), so if you like to sleep, you won’t be able to do it without earplugs, as the noisy road will wake you up. 2. I would like a mini refrigerator in the room 3. There is no place in the room to dry things, there were 1-2 dryers in the corridor (it is not clear whether they were public, or someone took them out of their room) and they were occupied by someone’s things, someone dried their things right on the windowsill in the corridor , in principle, things don’t dry well in the hallway.

I recently stayed at Casa Belina and was thoroughly impressed with the value for money. As a budget-conscious traveler, I was blown away by the 5-star services offered at this affordable hotel. The complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off service was a huge perk, saving me a hassle and some extra cash. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with friendly staff always willing to lend a helping hand. Overall, I would highly recommend Casa Belina to anyone looking for a great deal without sacrificing quality - it's an absolute gem!

Good base for short stays in puerto princesa. Fairly new, clean rooms, good shower bathrooms. Comfortable bed. 15 min tuk tuk from puerto princesa seafront. 10 min walk to modern robinson mall

Kaia Isabel Inn is very bad ! They do not even give us a notice that the inn is under renovation so they refer us to the new building which in turn asking us for more money (400 pesos ) just to let us stay in the hotel , they even suggested to cancel our booking if we don’t want to pay for the additional fees when the purpose of booking online is for us to generally save money compared to walk in booking. Very bad management ! They don’t know how to handle and adjust such situation when actually it’s all their fault . I wonder why they are here in trip.com ? Remove them in this platform please

One of the best hotel that fits for families and dont want to buy expensive food from outside,coz villa Pamana Inn hotel allows you to cook to enjoy a meal with your family,very accommodating staff 10/10,very clean rooms and their pool was well maintained,decided to extend 1more night to stay.Kudos to the handa on owner👏👏👏

It’s a good hotel with helpful staff. I chose it because of emergency and I didn’t regret. The room was clean enough. There is a TV-set with lots of channels. They serve breakfast at suitable for guests time ( a guest can warn the staff what time is more convenient for him/her to have breakfast). WiFi is also pretty good and fast there. The only thing I didn’t like was small “babies” ants. They ran around the table and even on the floor. And at 6:00 am every morning roosters nearby sang their songs disturbing me. Generally, I would give 3.5 out of 5. And most of taxi drivers know the place. Thus it’s not a problem to find it.

In overall, it was good stay. Unfortunately, bedding was terrible, mattress was covered by synthetic linoleum material and just lining sheet. It was non comfortable for sleeping, getting wet from a non-breathable mattress. Surroundings were no so good, dirty street.

The location is great, very close to the restaurant and the port, the environment is comfortable and bright, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the room equipment is comfortable and tidy, and the breakfast is also very rich, I will stay here again next time

Very beautiful and very atmospheric hotel, quiet, cozy, I heard this hotel recommended by Lonely Planet. The front desk is really very serious about asking your needs, the waiter will help you take your luggage to the room, they will enter the room with slippers, and then carefully explain to you how to use the facilities, and the time of the hotel, the evening will be Mosquito coils are placed at the door of each room, and the lamp is soft and full of artistic conception. The room is large, the facilities are complete and practical, the electric fan is equipped with air conditioning too cool, the Sprite Coke in the refrigerator is 4 cans, hahaha, the room is very clean, can be barefoot, the bathroom hygiene and decoration standards are very high, I personally ask for the bathroom Very high, this hotel is satisfied, the room is equipped with a small garden, there are tables and chairs in the garden and hammocks, each room has a hammock at the door, very comfortable, the hotel is like in the forest, the pool is not big, because The number of rooms is not much, the main experience is exquisite, the breakfast is mainly American and continental breakfast, although it is not used to eating, but it is really authentic, there are still many people dining at the restaurant in the evening, everyone chats with the sky, the atmosphere is really very Affection~ I have a van delivered to the airport all day. Hotel well located near the market and port of Puerto Princesa and not far from the airport. The room and bathroom clean, good breakfast with nice views and good treatment of the staff, however we were not able to see the jacuzzi = S and when asked about it they told us it was only open from 18-20h. Good overall

Nice Hotel with friendly Personal. We have a seaview room, the view is very nice… but many steps to climb. Rooms were big and clean, but you can hear the neighbor well. Breakfast was good but not many extensiv. For us the Hotel was good.

Excellent Inn very close to the main walking road and beach. The room was surprisingly quiet considering how close it was to all the action. The staff were very polite and helpful, they provided me all the information I needed for both free and paid attractions. I was able to hire a scooter through them, book and Island hoping tour, as well as a Minivan back to Puerta Princessa. I'd highly recommend this Inn for its convenience and efficiency. Overall, a very peaceful and pleasant stay.

It was a truly pleasant stay with a variety of choices of breakfast each day, with a stunning view of the sea and hills. Lemuel is a star server, who never missed a step in service in any way. He was professional, warm, helpful, and goes the extra mile to check in that we are fine whenever he can. He looked out for all guests no matter how busy it got, and helped with taking photos for the crowds too. While some other staff may have been blur, his presence and service made everything exceptional. He even shared with us that the sunset view from the hotel should not be missed, and it was good we were back in time one of the days to enjoy the view from the hotel. Great stay.

The hotel is simple but quite comfortable and clean. There were 6 nights. No special difficulties experienced. Staff polite. Happy to help us. And the restaurant in Elnido told where to take the bike and how to go to the market. Breakfast was included in the cost.

唯一不足的就是沒有熱水，其他一切都挺好的，離小鎮市中心很近，步行十分鐘就到了，也可以突突車50比索去。晚上睡覺也比較安靜，不過早上對面的商場有時會放音樂。總體來説很滿意。
