This place meets the requirements of Hong Kong people. The most important thing is that it is clean and sanitary. The staff service is very good. The only problem is that the sound insulation is a little bit poor. You can hear a fart every minute. As the saying goes, it costs a penny. For what it’s worth, I personally don’t think this is a problem. Whether you go to the beach food street, you can get there in about 5 to 15 minutes! ! ! !

The Running Horse is a very good personable country pub with rooms which are very well appointed with comfortable beds. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and we had a business lunch in their semi private room which was simple but excellent. The only reason I marked them down a little was because of several carpet stains that I do feel should be removed - or if not removable then they should put in a new carpet as they were large and off putting. Highly recommended!

This hotel was really a pleasant surprise: I wasn’t expecting this given the name of this place. They only had a basic reception setup, but the meals were great and the attention to the finer details in the room and the space was impressive. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I’d be happy to stay there again.

We loved the new rooms in the cart house. We’ve stayed in the other rooms in the main building too but the new rooms are the best :-)

If you take your child to paultons park and have a car rental, this hotel is the only choice. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to the park, but the hotel does not have air conditioning and no elevator. In fact, it cannot be called a hotel. It is a country hotel. There is no air conditioning to open. The windows were flies in the room. The first night of the power outage lasted until noon the next day, so the breakfast was not available. The hotel room was not cleaned the next day...
