I had a great time at this hotel. The location is great next to a shopping street and the room was beautiful and was kept very clean. The hotel staff were very accommodating and helped me plan an amazing overnight trip to Yangshuo. I’d high recommend this place to anyone traveling in Guilin/Yangshuo! I’d recommend riding around the city with the rental e-scooters and taking a river cruise to spend the night in Yangshuo while you’re here (you won’t regret it)

Pengalaman menginap yang sangat memuaskan. Pemiliknya sangat memahami kehidupan. Kamarnya sederhana secara keseluruhan, tetapi halamannya penuh kejutan. Langkah pertama memasuki B&B ini sungguh menakjubkan. Bunga dan tanaman dirawat dengan rapi. Anjing di rumah juga berperilaku sangat baik dan lucu, dan kucingnya akan berinisiatif untuk dielus. Ada juga kura-kura dan ikan mas. Anda bisa melihat bahwa mereka adalah anggota keluarga pemiliknya, bukan hewan peliharaan. Saya sangat menyukai halaman ini!

The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, despite us not speaking Chinese and them not speaking English! They booked our taxi back to Hezhou station and when we could not find the hotel (the map pin is in the wrong place - it’s really just through the gate after the big tree), they came to collect us and walked us to the place.
The bed was a good size and very comfy. Room was clean and air conditioning worked well. Bathroom was small but Huangyao is a short stop so this doesn’t matter too much - shower was good and hot.
It was a shame that the door was bolted closed at 6:45am so I couldn’t go for an early stroll - 24/7 reception advertised but maybe not provided.

TTamuWonderful location. Really homely atmosphere. The host Ms Linlin and her mom were the highlight of this trip. They went out of their way to keep us happy and entertained. Ms Linlin speaks good English and we had no communication problems at all. The chef at Qixin Jiuyin Inn was excellent and the pork spareribs was the highlight. We rented a e-bike and went exploring and we went to the mountains in the cable car which they helped us book. We were entertained in the evening by the family which gave us the opportunity to interact and find out loads more about these lovely people. The human touch is hard to beat. We had even more respect and gratitude to this great country which is made up with these wonderful people.

TTamuIt's a great place to stay as every morning will be like god's descended down to earth and blessed the lands surrounding you. Waking up every morning, accending up the roof to take in this prestine beauty and be surrounded these beautiful mountain pillars is a blessing. This you can do every single morning at this hostel and much more. Also the staff are friendly and so very much helpful, they make the community so accessible to us forgeiners. They help you with all of the information you might need, such as food, bikes, drinks. You'll definitely know how to get around at the end of your stay. The lobby is like a living room where you meet other like minded people and where you can feel like you have a big extended family, that don't speak the same language, but share the same passions for traveling. There is also a extensive amount of books you can use that is about a whole range of topics.
The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The size for the price was the first thing that suprised me. That alone would make it worth it, but also the bed is large, the bathrooms are also sizable, WiFi is fast and easy to access, the TV screen is enormous.
All in all I would highly recommend this place for people who would like to be surrounded by prestine nature, have easy access to city center, easy access to great food. This place is great for people who love connecting to a community but also good for people who just want enjoy their own company.

The staff is incredible, nice friendly and always trying to help and even if they don't speak English the communication was so easy with everyone. They gave us a room with a beautiful balcony with view and recommendations on restaurants in the area. Highly recommend it

EEatPrayTravelLocation of hotel is very convenient for travelers who take the tourist bus from either Chungzuo, Nanning or from Detian waterfalls scenic area. The room we booked had a nice view of the fields and karst mountains. What a beautiful sight to behold indeed. During the day, it can get noisy with all the comings and goings in the village and all around but at night, it was very quiet. The rooftop terrace was very nice and not busy when we were there. Breakfast was enjoyable with steamed buns, corn, soup noodles and boiled sweet potatoes- a healthy start for a very busy day. The very nice lady in charge of breakfast offered us breakfast on our check in day (we arrived at 10:30) and made sure we had enough to eat before sending us off to explore! We had never met a B&B operator who was so caring and generous. On our check out day, even though she was still busy with guests, she rushed out to bid us a fond farewell and a safe onward trip. Front desk and cleaning team were all very friendly, always smiling and helpful. All in all, a very warm and pleasant stay at Mingshi Scenic Area.
