Hotel yang sangat bagus Lokasi yang bagus Dekat kota tua Tidak jauh dari stasiun kereta zurich HB dan di seberang strabucks Sarapan sangat baik dengan tabel terbatas

Lokasinya bagus & internasional, jadi bisa bertemu dengan berbagai orang di sana, penduduk lokalnya baik & rapi. Hotel ini berada di pusat kota, nyaman bagi pengunjung ramah lingkungan—saat tiba & keluar dari bandara, hanya perlu satu menit untuk berjalan keluar & naik trem kota & sekitar setengah jam untuk turun dari stasiun bernama “Pusat” & berjalan kaki 2-3 menit ke hotel. Satu hal yang penting, Anda bisa berjalan-jalan & melihat sungai yang indah, luar biasa!

Lokasi bagus, dekat stasiun kereta, kamar sangat bersih, sarapan enak, semuanya ada di sekitar, restoran, supermarket, museum dan gereja, sangat direkomendasikan!

Cute little hotel right by the Niederdorfstrasse and close to train station. Chocolate fountain in the lobby is a nice touch.

Room size was a bit small. Location was great. Breakfast was adequate. Slightly pricey for the type of Hotel.

Nice Room glad we booked the Superior Room for the extra space as the rooms were compact. Staff were friendly and breakfast each day. The big plus was Location only a couple of minutes walk from Train Station and right beside the River. Overall excellent value

good location for meeting people and just a walking distance to train station.

The staff was exceptionally courteous, and the room was impeccably clean. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city, and the amenities provided added to the overall comfort of my stay. I would highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

It's clean everywhere, and the location is very nice (close to the station and very convenient to access to the old town area, many restaurants are nearby). I was expecting chocolate fountain for breakfast as their pic show but I could see it.

I am pretty sure (90%) that the bed had bed bugs that caused bites all over my body. Towel was also not sanitary, had a smell to them, but otherwise was a pretty average hotel at a good location. Amenities was what one could expect from a small hotel in switzerland. But the bed bugs was the defining issue that caused an overall bad experience.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Swiss Chocolate By Fassbind ; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful and clean.

Hotel room was a little smaller than expected but the room was very efficiently designed. The hotel was about a 10 to 15 min walk from Zurich HB upon our arrival but once we were aware of our direction, it took us about 5 min to walk to Zurich HB. Plenty of food around the hotel. One of our favourites was Geylan Kebah - a 2, 3 min walk from the hotel. The wafers and the choc fondue placed close to the reception were great! In general, it was a great stay! If you are fussy about space, consider taking a 3-bed room.
