 Out of the 8 hotels that we have stayed so far for this trip to Guizhou, we found this hotel to be the most outstanding in terms of service especially the staff during the morning breakfast.  She was very knowledgeable in introducing the specialties of food in Zunyi that was served.  She even went to the extend of introducing the park that has the blooming cherry blossom. The varieties of food served during breakfast was great. Breakfast served on the top floor was great too. The room was also very comfortable.  Toiletries like body wash, shampoo, body lotion, etc were all with natural plant iingredients.

When I arrived at Zunyi Hotel, someone at the door showed me where to park. The parking lot was clearly marked and the lobby was in line with star standards. Because I arrived a little early, the hotel didn't have the room I booked, and they upgraded me to a suite for free. I really like it. The room has a great view, is large and comfortable. The service is also very good. Because I needed a power strip, the hotel quickly delivered it to the room. It is also very close to the Zunyi Conference Memorial Hall, which takes about 10 minutes to walk. The only thing that needs to be improved is that the breakfast variety should be richer. Although I caught up with a lot of The meeting was held, but it was not chaotic or noisy at all. The concierge helped with the luggage and put it in the trunk.

I've stayed at this hotel twice, and both times, the experience has been great. For Zunyi, the location couldn't be much better, it's well centralised for the city. The rooms look and feel clean. However, the bedding and one of the towels had some damage, not a big issue for me, as long as they are clean. Both the bath and shower are a good size and the water pressure is great (on the higher end). The bed is on the softer side, for my preference. Water bottles are free, just ask reception for more.

This hotel is really good, there is popcorn at check-in, there are welcome snacks in the room, like it, the room is also very big, the surrounding environment is also very quiet! It is also very convenient to go to the meeting site. The little beauty at the front desk is very enthusiastic to tell us how to go and what to play! The service is in place, and the check-out to the high-speed rail station is also very close! Next time I come to Zunyi, I will stay at his house.

But I am still a little dissatisfied, because I brought a Shiba Inu to check in this time. The front desk initially gave me room 230, but there was construction outside 230. I said it was too noisy and I wanted to rest in the afternoon. Can I change to another room? The front desk said that because I brought a dog, I was arranged to the innermost 230. I think this is a different treatment, because I brought a dog, so my room is the noisiest? ? ? I originally booked the hotel for pet-friendly, I was very angry at the time, I made it clear that my dog ​​would not bark, and then I was changed to another room. I have stayed in various high-end hotels in Sichuan with my dog, and this is the first time I have heard such a reason. Room facilities: Generally speaking, it is not bad, the room area is okay, the washbasin is large enough, and the shelf in the bathroom is a bit easy to hit the back. In addition, the decoration of the hotel, the door needs to be pushed and pulled manually, which is a bit low-grade. In addition, the parking matter, it is quite troublesome to call the front desk every time you go in and out. I am also from Zunyi, and I also hope that the tourism industry in my hometown will get better and better

The hotel is in a prime location, close to the snack street and night market. The front desk service is warm, polite, responsive, and proactively upgraded the room. The room is large, not only with welcome fruits, but also free drinks at the Mini Bar. There are also delicious late-night beef noodles, chicken noodles, beef noodles, etc. to enjoy. The breakfast is rich, delicious and fresh, with many varieties and long opening hours (7 am to 12 pm). There is even a special oven to supply sweet baked sweet potatoes. Afternoon tea must be booked in advance; special cocktails are located in the executive lounge on the right side of the lobby. A very satisfying stay experience, I felt the hospitality and service spirit of Zunyi during the New Year!

Come to Zunyi for a business trip and choose this hotel. Transportation and parking are convenient, facilities and equipment are very new, health is in place, the room service staff has prepared white fungus soup and snacks and seasonal fruits when checking in, very intimate.
