The location is very good, 10 minutes drive from Zibo Station, 2 kilometers from the eight major bureaus, 15 minutes walk from Vientiane Hui, there are many snacks and bathhouses on the roadside of the hotel. There is an episode, because the room rate includes breakfast for one person, we exceed the number of people to eat and think about accounting, but due to the nature of outsourcing, we have been asked to pay the breakfast fee before dining during the meal process, and we have feedback with the front desk. I received a call from the front desk shortly after the meal to apologize and waive the breakfast fee during the stay. On the contrary, I was very embarrassed. The service awareness was not worse than five stars! The hotel is very clean, change the bed four-piece set every day! It is every day! Shocked! There are 2 robots in the hotel, and it is quite convenient to order takeaway to the room. Also, Boshan cuisine is very delicious, everyone come to Zibo to eat ～ will brush again!

Our most recent trip to Zibo was a special one, and we wanted our Hotel stay to be special as well. We chose to stay at the Zibo Ramada, as this has always been one of our favorite Hotels to visit, whilst in Zibo. We checked in on Friday and checked out on Sunday. As it was a special outing, we submitted a special request to the Ramada. We requested that the room ”Business Suite”, be decorated, according to the ”Romantic Theme”. Our request was met, and our suite was beautifully decorated, with red bedding and white swans (towels). Our check-in process was a bit slow, and this could improve in future. Ms. Mia Wang, did however do her best, to speed the process up, and apologized accordingly. Breakfast at the ”Cafe' Grand”, was good as always, with a fair variety of Western and Chinese dishes to select from. The Lobby Lounge is always nice to visit, and great if you want to enjoy the elegant feel. Housekeeping was also very friendly and courteous, and ensured that we had all that we need, at all times. There was enough drinking water at all times. The Zibo Ramada was courteous enough to afford us with a late check out, as our transport was delayed on the day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and will continue to support the Zibo Ramada, as often as possible. See you soon.

I want to give 0 points for the facilities, but the lowest score is 1 point. The reasons are: 1. The air conditioning has a very poor heating effect. It was set to 32 degrees and it was only 24 degrees overnight. I don’t know where the cool air is leaking in the room. I checked the windows again and again to confirm that they were closed. I was so cold that I slept with my head covered at night. 2. The air conditioner made noise in the early morning, which was similar to the sound of a pair of scissors shaking quickly on the table. I could hear it with earplugs. I turned off the air conditioner for an hour and then turned it on again, and there was no sound. 3. The water temperature was too low when I got up at 6 o'clock in the morning to take a shower. It didn't get hot after running the water for three to five minutes. 4. The shell of the TV remote control was used for too long and was too dirty. It felt dirty to the touch. These are the hotel's own problems and have nothing to do with any service staff. The front desk service is very good and the attitude is very friendly. The cleaning lady is also very enthusiastic and feels like a family. The facilities should really be checked! I was freezing to death when I slept at night and freezing to death when I took a shower in the morning!
