The hotel was excellent. Very large modern room with an AI assistant that worked well. Everything seemed very new and high quality. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of options to suit both Chinese and Western tastes. The cost was outstanding value. The extra features like free washing, library and gym all worked well and added more value. The location was great and has a large shopping mall across the road and a long street of many quality restaurants and street food stalls next to it.

Excellent service, clean, nd comfortable. They have robots sending food to our rooms which is very convenient. There are also gym and 24hours laundry room. I believe they also have laundry service so you can leave your laundry by the receptionist. There are minimarts around there and comfortably located beside a plaza. The only problem is the taxi can't stop exactly in front of the lobby so, gotta drag your luggage a little bit.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with answering questions and assisting us without even asking. The amenities are top notch. The place was clean but a little attention to details would make it better (like the stained carpet in the bedroom. We ended up with an ugly but clean view. Even saw people walking by and was about to change so glad that there was curtain in the bathroom area but I love the open and airiness of the room. The hallways were dark as well as the hallway along the first floor corridor. I think it’s for the atmosphere. The amenities were amazing. The food for breakfast was not memorable but suitable and cooked well. The pool area was so crowded with children so I passed but everyone look like they were enjoying it. Overall, I would definitely stay again.
