The holiday season at the hotel was nothing short of magical. One outstanding member 黄燚 HuangYi made my stay extra special as did a special mention to Karen who help provide me with information on where to go to do activities and explore. They promptly ensured I had everything I needed, from thoughtful amenities to attentive follow-ups, creating a warm and supportive environment for me to recover so swiftly. The buffet breakfast is a must. This is the most top Atour Ive stayed in! I have been to 5 others in different cities! Well managed and standards are kept high. From the festive ambiance to the impeccable service, this hotel offers a truly memorable experience.
