Ulasan Borrman Hotel (Zhongshan Lihe Plaza)

Very disappointing hotel stay. Poor hotel management. Room only available around 4pm despite check in from 2pm. Having travelled 24 hours, this was not ideal however staff were polite and friendly. The room allocated did not have toilet paper nor did the remote controls worked for the air conditioning and TV, again not a big issue as staff quickly resolved issues when brought to their attention. After a nap, I noticed the toilet was blocked, hotel staff advised their maintenance guy was on leave and hotel was fully booked and no alternative room was available until the next day! The solution given was to use the staff toilet which was on the 7th floor ( room was on the 3rd floor). This was not convenience nor ideal as I was not use to a squat toilet. No major issues during my second night stay. Although amenities advertised was misleading. The TV and wifi did not work. The restaurant/ breakfast was not available. On my 3rd and final night, I was awoken at 12.30am and noise continued for 1.5hours. I initially thought it was a noisy hotel guest however upon inspection it was hotel staff doing room maintenance! I complained to the front desk who was apologetic and work ceased, It was now 3am and I am wide awake! Only positives from my stay was the hotel staff in particular the guy on night duty at the front desk and the cleaning lady. The hotel is also in a great location.

房間設施中規中矩，就是房間裏的沙發很不舒服，一坐上去就中間就塌陷進去了，沙發邊框硌屁股，其它就是標準的經濟型酒店的配置。 走廊兩端的房間門離得很近，很容易受隔壁房間影響。 酒店位置不錯，交通很方便，周邊購物吃飯都很方便。

經常來這家酒店，出差辦公位置很方便，而且有免費的停車場，這點大大點贊，房間衞生非常好，服務員服務熱情！！！

今年新春假期選擇到中山旅遊，入住柏曼酒店（中山利和店），當天因交通阻塞，黃昏先到達酒店辦理入住手續。當時，前台服務男職員，告知沒有訂房資料，大約等候20分鐘後，再告知因訂購平台沒有將資料傳送給酒店，要等待收到資料確認後才辦理入住手續。原本我們訂房時，電腦顯示送早餐，但職員告知早餐訂位已滿，他有即時對這事宜向我們致歉，而且告示可以給予麵包和飲品以作補償，但我們覺得若沒有自助早餐，就不需要麵包和飲品了，因為都不太喜歡這類早餐的。新春期間，知道酒店訂單有一定需求，但希望銷售酒店平台，日後改善一下訂購流程，確保將資料給予酒店，以免添加酒店前線人員工作壓力。當時接待我們男職員，我們都給予讚揚，他當時一邊忙碌處理住客查詢，另一邊就盡量處理我們訂房資料，將影響低到最低，感謝這位男職員幫忙。晚上，我們到附近商場晚餐，商場佈置都好有新春氣氛。

房間的大床睡得非常舒服，不是特別軟，有免費的早餐和延遲退房，地理位置靠近商圈和快速公交站，去哪都比較方便。

乾淨寬敞，床品舒適，前台小姐姐熱情，入住/退房速度快，還免費升級了房型！，下次過來還會選擇這家酒店的！

地點優越，早餐亦不錯，設施一般，連冰箱都沒有，隔音亦不佳，總括來說住得舒服。

位置很便利，隔壁就是商場🏬公交站也很方便。衞生還可以。這個噪音隔音真的是大問題，起初給了個三樓的房間，關窗路上噪音還是很響溝通了一下換到四樓，差別不大。後面晚上十二點隔壁洗澡牆壁轟隆隆響，吹頭也是一清二楚，跟隔壁啥時候開門也是瞭如指掌。真的很無語🤦

位置很好，在東區的中心，樓下就是最熱鬧的商圈，餐廳，按摩店及商場郛都是幾分鐘步程。 房間比想像中細。雖然2023年開業，但房間內設施有點殘舊，尤其是浴室，邊位有發霉。酒店大堂簡陋，香薰的味道有點俗氣。check in 時，前台服務員態度有些冷漠。

去年和今年來中山都住的這裏，地理位置好，附近好吃的多，酒店環境温馨，視野開闊，入住很流暢，特別喜歡特別喜歡

離辦事的地方不遠，對面就是商業中心，出行很方便，酒店早餐也不錯，停車場位置不大，但是很幸運晚上回去的時候找到了停車位！
