"One thing to say, it is located at the foot of Nanshan Mountain. The surrounding environment is indeed good, with green trees and a pleasant view from the windows, but the internal facilities and service attitude are really hard to describe. The room was on the third floor, in a circular corridor. It was a long walk to get out of the elevator. When I opened the door, there was a strange musty smell. I was too tired after playing for a day and couldn't walk that long. I went back to change rooms and started to wash up. The water volume is large and the water temperature is good, but when it comes to the hair dryer, it is outrageous. Turn it to the highest setting and the wind is strong. It is no exaggeration to say that the air is like a gossamer. The air volume is pitifully small, and it is not as powerful as an old lady talking. I called the front desk and asked the waiter to bring another hair dryer, but it broke again within two minutes of plugging it in. When I called again, the front desk asked me if I didn't know how to use the hair dryer and it wasn't plugged in? Very speechless. The corner of the quilt stuffed at the end of the bed was pulled out, and the quilt cover was not even zipped. It was already bad, but the color of the quilt made it even worse."

"I brought my parents to Zhenjiang for a trip and spent a lot of time choosing between hotels online. In the end, I picked this one over the All Seasons and Pearl hotels. I'm really glad I did, it was excellent! 👍 First of all, the location is right by a scenic area; you can see it as soon as you get out of the car. Yong'an Fish Restaurant is right between this hotel and the All Seasons. The room was very clean. The one we stayed in even had a faint woody scent, with absolutely no smell of smoke. The room next door, surprisingly, had guests smoking with their door open – you'd get a whiff walking past. The service was very attentive. They called in advance to ask about our needs, and they helped carry our luggage up and down. The breakfast here was also good; we had noodles next door. The soup dumplings and meat in the set meal were delicious, though the noodles lacked elasticity, but I don't usually eat machine-pressed noodles anyway. My parents especially loved this hotel and said I booked a great place to stay. They'll definitely book here again next time we visit. Zhenjiang is a city with excellent tourism services – beautiful scenery and beautiful people."
