Ulasan Sheraton Grand Zhengzhou Hotel

Lady who clean the room is very good - 客房服务员李端 But the rest was not such as Refrigerator not able to use since it is set at room temperature so u have to get ice for my drink and fruit. TV volume set at 25 and nothing louder. Front door has no luggage service when we check in. Poor Management in general. This service definitely not meet the 5 star hotel rating.

Stayed for 3 nights. Requested a change to a room with bigger desk but with similar layout eventually. Awesome breakfast spread

Everything was awesome except for some small issues. Their staff was polite but their knowledge in understanding English was low. Overall it's amazing

The hotel is in a great location, I was able to get some delicious food and coffee near by. Cassie who helped me check-in was very helpful seeing how it was my first day in Zhengzhou. The breakfast had a variety of options that were very delicious, and of course I'm always happy with good coffee. I'll likely stay again in the future.

Unfortunately I’ve found 2 out of 2 rooms not cleaned with long woman hair around the carpets. Merry Christmas Sheraton 👍👍👍

這次出差入住美盛希爾頓酒店，體驗感直接拉滿！從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就能感受到細緻入微的服務，工作人員熱情有禮，迅速辦理好入住手續，還貼心介紹各項設施。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，細節之處盡顯品質。酒店餐飲更是豐富，早餐種類多樣，還有特色當地美食。健身房器材齊全，泳池水質清澈，設施都很新。位置也超便利，周邊吧出行、用餐都很方便。下次出行，美盛希爾頓依然會是我的首選！

這次入住鄭州喜來登酒店體驗堪稱完美！酒店地理位置優越，交通便捷，周邊商圈豐富。一進門，禮賓員熱情引導，前台辦理入住迅速高效。房間寬敞明亮，床品柔軟親膚，衞浴設施高端智能，細節之處盡顯品質。早餐種類超豐富，中西式美食一應俱全，味道超讚！服務更是無可挑剔，工作人員主動貼心，有求必應。無論是商務出行還是休閑度假，這裏都是絕佳之選，強烈推薦！

出遊到鄭州，習慣性選擇美盛喜來登酒店。一如既往的滿意點贊。前台服務總是那麼的温馨熱情，免費給升級了樓層，十分感謝！房間設施齊全優質，大床超大又舒適。一樓早餐很豐富，光是雞蛋就有七種做法。河南特色美食“胡辣湯”也能吃到。交通超方便。地鐵1號線農業南路站C出口就在酒店旁邊幾十米。坐地鐵去鄭州東站僅兩站，去鄭州站也才8站。去景點也很方便。到鄭州，非常推薦喜來登酒店。

酒店從進門開始就看到一衹大🐳，感覺進入了海洋館一樣，到前台辦理入住，前台Angela服務熱情專業，再説説房間，面積確實不小，有40平，大的落地窗也讓人很舒服，另外着重説説早餐，確實種類很豐富，尤其是有當地特色胡辣湯等很贊

體驗挺不錯的，早飯豐富，樓層夠高，升級了房間，房間裏有運動器材，比較周到，樓下就是商場，比較方便，商場裏有方言幽默街，前台很熱情。送了娃娃，小朋友很喜歡。

入住期間被浴室玻璃門把手夾傷，早上已向前台反饋，下午退房才接到酒店詢問電話，處理嚴重滯後。而且房間物品擺放不合理，極大降低了客人的入住體驗。

淋浴間下水慢，導致水漫金山差點滑倒。差評！上次去住洗澡洗一半發現淋浴間竟然沒有沐浴露後來打電話又送的。上次都忍了，這次實在沒法包容。
