Ulasan JW Marriott Hotel Zhengzhou

Ini adalah hotel bintang lima terburuk yang pernah saya tinggali. Saya check in malam itu dan mandi sebelum tertidur. Saat saya bangun pagi dan ke kamar mandi setelah mandi, saya mencium bau pesing yang menyengat, seperti toilet umum yang tidak dibersihkan. Beberapa panggilan ke layanan pelanggan setelah jam 7:30 pagi tidak dijawab. Kemudian saya pergi ke meja depan untuk berkomunikasi. Orang yang bertanggung jawab menemani saya ke kamar mandi di kamar untuk memeriksa. Dia setuju dengan tanggapan saya. Saya belum pernah memberikan hotel kurang dari 4 poin sebelumnya, tapi menurut saya hotel ini layak mendapat nilai nol. Garasi bawah tanah sangat kotor dan pintu masuk lift di lantai satu dingin.

The hotel lobby is located on the 38th floor and the hotel staffs are accommodating. The food is okay, I like the pork sausage best. It is very accessible to almost everything. It would have been better if they install bidets .☺️

Will eventually keep on coming back. 🥰

Very comfortable, spacious, modern room. Friendly and helpful staff that provides a range of additional services such as afternoon tea and happy hour. Great location with plenty of amenities and restaurants a short walking distance away.

Jw Marriott, Excellent as expected. The property is conveniently located near subway station, And there are street food and restaurants right in front of the hotel. Best place to stay in 郑州 if the budget allows

Excellent for easy access to subway. Staff are nice . Will stay again when in Zhengzhou. Staff are nice for doing the room cleaning and provide other services for executives lounge . Breakfast are perfect .

The room we stayed at JW Marriott for one night. It had serious smoke odor. We asked for another room. They were at capacity so, they were unable to accommodate our request. They sent an air purifier to accommodate us. It helped slightly. Breakfast was amazing. The lobby for check in is on the 38th floor. If you drive, make sure to get familiar with the parking situations. Our friends drove a big car and the entrance and exits into the parking lot were tight. Plan to have a zen mind set when you have a car. There are shops around the manmade lake for late treats. Check them out.

I worked in Zhengzhou at Henan University and decided to take a 'staycation' in the city. My stay at the JW Marriott Hotel was so relaxing. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bed was perfect, and the pillows were divine. I made use of the buffet restaurant facilities for both breakfast and dinner. I left the hotel relaxed and rejuvenated.

Excellent location. Only 15mins away from railway station. Great view with lots of watering holes just below the hotel.

Amazing. Great service, everyone spoke English. Execute lounge have many events like afternoon tea and dinner included. After working, the pool was very clean and warm. The room was clean. I really enjoyed my stay :) and the breakfast was very delicious 🤤
