之前第一次來衞生搞得不好。這次訂的房間很乾凈整潔，很新，水池每天都會有專人負責打掃🧹，放水，很好的體驗，房間有小度自動化系統控制，小朋友很喜歡，還説下次再來，所以給五星好評

入住體驗不是很好，預訂兩間大床茅草別墅間，有一間嚴重與預訂的不符，前台衹提前告知沒有電視，哪裡是沒有電視，連桌子也沒有，面積也衹有30㎡左右，行李和雜物完全沒有地方放，價格卻按正常的別墅房收，説實話這點很不開心。

已經是第三次來這了，前兩次感覺很不錯，這次帶家人來，但這次有點失望！公共温泉區關閉了，房間越來越黴，最不滿意的是早餐，忘記拍照了，品種少得可憐，兩三種包子，唯一的葷菜就是水煮蛋，那個腸粉衹有醬油撈，整個早餐連點肉沫星子都沒有，清湯寡水，我們多兩個人加了76塊吃這個早餐，真是吃到想爆粗口！

房間一般，熱水一會沒一會沒，洗10分鐘等50分鐘。
入島坑，一人要50登島費，難怪一直沒什麼人來。
服務差，早餐的東西好少，還要收38一位。
島上配套幾乎沒，什麼都沒得買。
不推薦。什麼都沒體驗到，粵西第一大坑

設施：説真心話去了那麼多地方，第1這麼渴望天亮不想睡覺的，因為房間太臭，一屋子的發黴的味道了，枕頭有，房間有，
衞生：衞生的話自己看圖片，被子是有洞的，吹風筒，三個房間衹有一個。
環境：外面環境整體還是可以的，我指度假村裡麪，但房間內真的很差，一晚沒睡，因為太臭！
服務：因為我們是12號下午3點多到房間的，開房門發現黴味很重，想着説可能不通風原因，我們開房門吹一下就可以了，誰知道到晚上還是很臭，就打電話和前台服務員換房，前台叫了個人來，從進門一直戴着口罩，我讓他脱開口罩聞，不願意！
給我換房，我訂的是三個房連在一起的，衹給我們換一間，説衹有一間了。我想着就一間把我換到另外那個院，我妹和姐又在一個院，我自己在一間又很遠，後來我想着帶着小孩又搬那麼多行李，不方便，就將就了一晚！
最生氣的還是第2天早餐，那個饅頭跟那個紅薯值多少錢？竟然分好碟子裏面擺一個紅薯，一個雞蛋和兩個小包子，因為我們帶有2個3歲小孩，然後想要一個雞蛋給小孩的，服務員説沒有票不會給早餐，一個雞蛋值多到錢？又不是要一大盤！也不捨得給，太小氣了，我們花了377塊錢一間房，房間發黴睡不着也就算了，然後連個雞蛋也不捨得給，所以説我覺得這種地方環境差也就算了，這個雞蛋也那麼小氣，真的不值得去住！
