首先聲明：每一點都是真實評價，沒有亂評！
①、一大清早就被樓下超市的叫賣喇叭聲吵醒了，吵醒後根本沒辦法入睡，也沒辦法在公寓待。
②、別的酒店或公寓wifi都是輸入密碼就可以上網，他們家非的搞特殊，還要短訊驗證碼才可以上網。
③、去了兩次湛江，住了幾十家酒店或公寓，第一次遇到他們家收按金。
④、這種PVC拖鞋太臟了，就算洗都很難洗掉，而且又沒有一次性拖鞋。
以上4點最不滿意，其它方面還行。

這家酒店位於市區，旁邊小吃較多，比較熱鬧，服務周到細緻, 房間寬敞明亮, 設施齊全嶄新, 網絡快速穩定, 停車方便安全，下次還會再來。

房間很新夠大，床也夠大軟硬適中，被單乾淨衞生，熱水也快夠大，空調有暖風。樓下有超市吃東西也方便。前台的小姐姐和看夜的大叔很熱情。離附近有沙子玩的銀帆公園很近。不足的地方，電梯的黴味煙味較重，洗衣機的過濾袋和房間的下水濾口很久不清理了。
