Popular Zhangye 4-star Hotels

A fantastic hotel. I usually don’t like staying in big hotels as they tend to be soulless, but this one was really special. From the fresh cucumber face mask to the hot soak for your feet, they are incredibly thoughtful and kind. The service is fantastic. They were really helpful to us as foreigners, highly recommend!

The hotel room is nice, clean and spacious. But the corridor is too long, and you have to walk a long way to get to the room. In addition, it is recommended to choose a room with windows facing the outside, and try not to choose a room in the patio. The hotel has a superior geographical location and is surrounded by rich food resources. The famous Heshunyuan Sao Noodles is next to it. Eating a bowl of Zhangye Sao Noodles in the morning will make you feel comfortable all day.

Just completed a wonderful three night stay at the Zhangye Holiday Inn. Perhaps most Silk Road tourists do not spend three nights in Zhangye but we wanted to visit both the popular and more “off the beaten path” historical sites nearby. This Holiday Inn is up to international standards - the staff was very professional, courteous and well trained, the rooms were modern and well-maintained, and even the buffet breakfast restaurant manager spoke English. This is probably one of the few (if not the only) more Westernized hotels in Zhangye) and we had a very good stay and experience in this hotel in Zhangye.

The hotel is located on a bustling street in Xilai Lane in Ganzhou District. Next to it is Xilai Temple, Zhangye Big Buddha Temple, Muta Temple and Zhangye Museum are all two kilometers away. We visited the scenic spots during the day and went to Ming and Qing snacks in the evening. Street, Zhangye’s special delicacies are all there. It's just a walk away, and it's also convenient to take a taxi. The hotel is clean and tidy, the transportation is convenient, and parking is friendly. You can park in the hotel courtyard. The breakfast is rich and there are Zhangye beef rice and noodles. The service is good. I am very happy to visit Zhangye this time!

The hotel is very convenient for eating and shopping. I stayed for three days in total. The room was cleaned very promptly and the hotel staff had a very good service attitude, especially the front desk manager. When I checked out, I learned that I had to catch the high-speed train. Without an appointment, he immediately arranged for a driver to help me get to the station. He was very considerate. The room facilities and equipment are very complete. The dry and wet separated shower room is very convenient. The room area is also large. The heating effect of the air conditioner in the room is also good. The temperature difference between morning and night in Lanzhou is very large. It is very warm in the room. It is a hotel worth staying in.

We stayed 4 nights at the Runhu Hotel while we visited all the tourist attractions around Zhangye, including trips to the Gobi desert, Ping Shan Hu (Grand Canyon), the Alien Valley and other sites. The hotel - which is clean, spacious and quiet - has motivated employees who are happy to meet any request. The restaurant is actually very good with reasonable prices the buffet breakfast also was varied and of very good quality. The hotel also provides such services as nightly warm milk deliver and a foot soaking tub with epsom salts with no extra charge. The hotel also referred us to a driver with his own very nice and well kept car. He, Mr. Li, went way above and beyond what anyone could expect. He provided snacks, fruits, water and some sort of local soft drink and arranged tickets in advance where reservations were required and made sure to adapt those reservations when the weather closed one of the sites. His recommendations for local food at or near the various sites were also spot on. While the places were simple (and very inexpensive), the food was honest and good. You can bank on Mr. Li to make sure everything goes along smoothly. All you have to do is tell him what you want to see, or ask him for recommendations, and he will do the rest. In short, splendid hotel for the price with terrific service and if you need a driver, Mr. Li is your guy!

The room was very nice, clean and tidy. The hotel also had homemade red dates and ginger sugar tea, which was very delicious. The breakfast was very rich and the service attitude of the staff was super good.

The hotel is in a good location, with convenient shopping and dining nearby. The front desk service is enthusiastic and proactive, and it is well received. The room is large, the bed is comfortable, and the sleep quality is good. The breakfast is rich, with many options and good taste. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is large and convenient for self-driving guests. Pingshan Lake Grand Canyon is very spectacular and shocking, and it is worth a visit.

The hotel service is very good, and the price-performance ratio in the off-season is very high. Knowing that we were taking exams, they arranged a quiet house for us, and recommended a special breakfast. The breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of varieties, and a foot bath bucket was also given. The private room environment in the restaurant upstairs is good. The food is also delicious! The hotel is very close to the test center. It is very convenient to go shopping and the experience is great. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The location of the hotel is easy to find. You can see it at a glance when you drive to the intersection. There is a parking space at the door. The security personnel will take the initiative to come over to direct and help with the luggage. The receptionist who checked in was also very nice. When we got to the room, the luggage had been delivered to the door. The restaurant on the third floor tastes very good, and the breakfast is also great with a lot of dishes. When we left our bag in the restaurant, the front desk helped us find it back, which was great! I will stay at this hotel again next time I come to Zhangye!
