Temukan Hotel Bintang 2 Terbaik di Zhangye

Layanan: Adik di meja depan sangat antusias dan meningkatkan kamar saya dengan sangat baik. Sore harinya saya tanya apakah ada humidifier dan segera diantar ke kamar. Kebersihan: Kamar berlantai kayu, tempat tidur dan kamar mandi sangat bersih, disediakan penutup toilet sekali pakai, handuk muka sekali pakai, dan handuk mandi. Lingkungan: Meja depan ditingkatkan menjadi ruang audio visual. Kamar berukuran besar dan memiliki pencahayaan yang baik di sore hari. Samar-samar Anda dapat melihat pemandangan pegunungan yang tertutup salju melalui jendela. Fasilitas: Kamar memiliki pemanas lantai dan AC dengan daya pemanas yang cukup! Toilet pintar memiliki dudukan toilet berpemanas; air panas di kamar mandi cukup panas dan tekanan airnya cukup! Poin di atas sangat penting di Zhangye di musim dingin, dapat diandalkan!

Ini sedikit berlebihan, tetapi pengalamannya sangat buruk karena dua alasan: 1. Saat saya pindah bulan November, air panasnya tidak cukup dan air mandi menjadi dingin setelah mandi sebentar. Orang kedua yang mencuci hampir selalu menggunakan air hangat. 2. Di kamar 501, terdapat lampu di langit-langit di atas tempat tidur yang selalu menyala, meskipun kartu dilepas. Saya berharap hotel dapat meningkatkan dua poin ini. Ada juga poin-poin kecil berikut yang perlu diperbaiki; 1.TV tidak dapat ditonton secara normal 2. Pengering rambut tidak dapat digunakan setelah satu menit penggunaan terus menerus. 3. Pastikan ketel dapat digunakan secara normal Untungnya, Danxia yang berwarna-warni itu indah dan lokasi hotelnya strategis.

Unfortunately my experience wasn't good. Hot water didn't work, it was only warm. I did it in the afternoon anyway but ny boyfriend waited untill 11pm. Elettronic key of our room never worked. We always had to call someone to open our room. About water problem they said there was an issue in all the hotel and they can fix it the next morning. We could not find a standard queen bed room, they have queen room just very expensive and for cheaper price they have only twin rooms. We paied a full amount for the night we staied but we didn't have full 100% service we should receive from the booking. They suggest us a refund to change hotel but it was so late and we are travelling with bicycles, after a ride of 150km we were too tired to move in another location during the dark at 10pm. We just needed a hot shower and a bed to sleep. Finally we received a 100 cny caution back, and the next morning ladies at reception gave us 6 small bottle of water to apologize. I'm really upset about nobody advise us about water issue during check in, so there was still time to move in another accomodation, especially for elettronic key, I can't understand why it's never worked. Be carefull for next booking about rooms at 5th level. I don't know if it's a problem only for foreign people or for everyone. Room price list are very expensive so, I think they have not a bad service. Unfortunately it's the first time during my 32 years happened this, especially during my 27 days in China, all the issue where always well reserved. This time my experience was really stressful, I don't feel like to recommended it and I hope never happen again to other travelers. Thank you anyway.
