Great location in the center of town. Front desk was very helpful and adapted to communicating through phone translation. Spa on site with decent massage and excellent hot pool, dry sauna and barrel tubs included with our stay. My partner and I were traveling by bicycle and were able to keep the bicycles in the room with us, which was great! The bed was decently comfortable. Our only complaint was we ordered room service for dinner and the food was old or made from frozen and not very appetizing.

The surrounding environment is quiet and the traffic is very convenient. It is very convenient whether it is self-driving. It was definitely the right choice! It was the first time for our family to go out in the Year of the Snake to end the holiday. We saw that the rooms of A&B Hotel were very large, so we chose it decisively. However, it gave me a bigger surprise after we arrived. Because we were three families with five adults and two children, we originally had a two-bedroom apartment and planned to sleep two more people on the sofa bed in the living room. However, the front desk lady Xiaoyue may have seen that we had children, so she specially upgraded us to a three-bedroom apartment. The room had a direct view of the ski resort. The service was really amazing! It made us spend an unforgettable weekend. By the way, we also gave four hot spring tickets (you can also choose movie tickets, all of which are new movies). The ski package can be discounted by 20%, and if you don’t drive, there is also pick-up! Great, ㊗️Business is booming!

The room is European and American style, very warm, with a refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer, which is very convenient for ski enthusiasts. It's great. The hotel front desk Xiao Wang is warm and friendly, and our problems are handled in a timely manner. Thank her very much. The hot spring on the 4th floor of the hotel is also good and worth staying.

Brilliant location in the heart of Thaiwoo. Walking distance to the slopes. Rooms are very spacious compared to the other hotels around. The breakfast spread is just ok. Will definitely come back.

We just loved our 3-night stay at the Thaiwoo Hotel! First off, it was so clean, which is really important when traveling with family – you want everything to feel spotless and comfortable, and that’s exactly what we had here. The location was fantastic, especially for skiing families like ours. It’s just steps from the ski resort entrance, so no stressing about long walks or shuttles. Honestly, it couldn’t be more convenient! There were plenty of food places around for easy dinners after a long day on the slopes, and the hotel’s breakfast was Chinese-style and absolutely satisfying. It gave us all the energy we needed for the day ahead – just perfect for both kids and adults! The service was another highlight. Everyone was so kind and accommodating, and traveling moms know how much little things like that matter. Plus, the hotel even offers a convenient transfer to the train stations, which made our trip so much easier. No headaches or complicated logistics – just smooth sailing! We had such a wonderful time and will absolutely be coming back. If you’re planning a family ski trip, I can’t recommend the Thaiwoo Hotel enough. It checked all the boxes for us, and we can’t wait to return!

Stayed in a dorm room. Very basic as expected. But good location and good price for a solo traveler who spends little to no time in the room. Broken locks on toilet doors was interesting for others.

This hotel exceeded my expectations and gave me many surprises. Although the price was not low during the Spring Festival, the hotel prepared a free dinner on the third day of the New Year, with simple Western food and drinks, and a resident band. It was really thoughtful, with games and draws, and my family and I had a great time. The water temperature of the swimming pool was very good, and we reserved it ourselves. The breakfast was very rich. The bedding was comfortable. The only thing to be improved was that the temperature in the room was too high, and it would be better to open the window a little. But I really like this Oakwood.
