The experience of staying at AB Hotel this time was simply amazing! The room was clean and tidy, the layout was warm and comfortable, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the hotel staff had a great service attitude, the location was also excellent, and the surrounding transportation was convenient. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Chongli for skiing next time. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Sleeping 17,000 beds is too good value, very very comfortable, adjust to 0 pressure mode to lie down and don't want to get up. Stuck in the bed and change the angle of the bed.
There are a lot of gym equipment, better than the five-star hotel setting, casual practice, very cool.
There was no desk in the room, and after calling, we brought us a large long table and solved the office problem.
The quality of breakfast fruit is particularly good. Xinjiang Korla fragrant pears are all female pears, very sweet. There is no meat for breakfast, but the price is great.
It snowed five times, but the hotel has floor heating, the room is 25 degrees, very warm.
The room arranged directly is the national team's flag building, very happy.
There are several restaurants in the sinking square. The lentil rice for the hot pot chicken lunch staff is super delicious! (There is no white rice, give us the price of white rice)
The entrance of the Olympic Village is the site of Prince City, which is very advanced in design. Going around in the evening, no one, the sunset is beautiful.
Parking is free, just park on the side of the road downstairs.
This price experience is too good and great value!
Disadvantages
The gym can be used during the day and not open at night. It is also open at 8 o'clock in the morning.

Location is directly opposite the fulong four season town物业服务中心 canteen, open for breakfast lunch and dinner, if you are too tired to head to chongli town after a full day of skiing. Boss lent me his card so i could get discount at the canteen. The location is ideal, a few stops by internal shuttle bus to fulong ski resort, shuttle bus stop is just downstairs. And it takes bout 10 mins to walk to chongli town where there is plenty of restaurants and ski equipment rental. I rented my entire set of ski equipment from the boss' shop, he gave me a good discount as i was staying for a long period. It is the cheapest rental i saw in the whole chongli town. And his ski equipment are newly purchased from french brand rossignol and very clean.
Other than that, boss also offered two way transport to chongli railway station and helped with booking of ski tickets, ski instructor etc. He even recommended a good sports massage place to me after i had sore muscles from skiing! Basically, you just need to book accomodation thru boss and he handles the rest for a stress-free ski holiday!

GGuest UserThe shower was clogged (completely, the water didn't drain), so I tried to use the bath, and there the showerhead didn't work, so we couldn't do the most basic thing of taking a shower in our room. We didn't try to change rooms because we found out after midnight and were too tired to deal with complaining and packing and moving to a different room. However, this is not acceptable. I would expect this thing in a cheap hostel, not in a fancy hotel.

JJvictoryWe chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

The hotel's convenient location, just a 10-minute drive from the town center, made exploring a breeze. While shopping options nearby are limited, the HU WA restaurant on the hotel's first floor is a must-try, serving delicious dishes at affordable prices!
Breakfast at the hotel was impressive, with a wide variety of options and top-notch service.
We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff, comfortable stay, and great location!
A special tip for snow ski/board beginners: this resort is an excellent place to start! However, consider renting equipment in town, as prices are nearly half compared to other ski resorts. Although the rental fees are higher here, the equipment and clothing are relatively new, less than a year old.

There is a separate cloakroom, which should be able to easily accommodate those with a lot of equipment during the ski season. The lake view room has a good view, and the recreational activities in the park are very concentrated. The hotel has a shuttle bus to and from Cuiyun Mountain Scenic Area, which is friendly to non-self-driving tourists
🙎The service staff are very enthusiastic. The front desk manager Yaru specially helped to arrange the room, eliminating the trouble of changing rooms after staying for two nights. It is very considerate! It was snowing during the holiday and I was afraid of the cold, so I arranged an electric heater👍
🥣During the May Day holiday, the breakfast restaurant was slightly understaffed. It was a bit hectic when the room was full. It was much better with fewer people the next day. The food was quite satisfactory. You can take a taxi to the county town or Fulong Town for dining. It is much more lively and the drive is only within 10 minutes, which is very convenient

The indoor kitchen, laundry and other facilities are complete, which can meet the needs of guests who cook their own food.
The underground parking space is free.
The hotel can have breakfast, 98 yuan per person. In fact, it is more cost-effective to buy meals from the supermarket in advance and eat them in the room.

SSoloTravelAnnaI stayed at a nice local hotel conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Fulong Snow Park. While my room was slightly dirty, it wasn't enough for me to raise a complaint; it felt as though the cleaner might have been in a hurry.
I attempted to order room service, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, but I found it lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts I've experienced.
One downside was that there was no way to book tickets for the snow park directly through the hotel. Perhaps there was a method, but it wasn't available in English.
At Fulong Snow Park, I encountered difficulties as the English-speaking window had no staff who could assist in English. It was quite challenging to navigate everything. Fortunately, I managed to find an English-speaking ski instructor named Alex, who I highly recommend. Although this is unrelated to the hotel, I felt it was worth mentioning!

GGuest UserI came to Crowne Plaza Huailai again. It was still so friendly. The front desk also thoughtfully arranged the extra room on the same floor. Thank you very much. The hotel has added outdoor areas for children to play this year. It's just a pity that the temperature dropped sharply on the weekend and I couldn't have fun. The indoor water park and children's playground are as popular with children as always. The evening buffet hot pot is also good, with a wide variety. I will come back in the summer and hope that there will be many new projects developed.

TTryasThe hotel location is very good, inside the Thaiwoo Ski resort. Room is clean, and big.
Staff are very helpful except the chef during breakfast. We ask politely for omelette for our kid, but chef was refuse & respond it with improper manner. However, the other chef during lunch on our first day was nice.
Overall Hyatt Chongli is a great place to stay for ski trip in Thaiwoo!
