Jinjiang Hotels in Zhangjiajie

This is a great hotel if you are visiting the Tianmen Mountain bcoz the hotel is just opposite the Cable Car station to the mountain. Hotel is modern, new, clean and bright as expected under hilton group branding. Check in was very efficient and welcoming. I was attended by Ms Alice. Ms Alice was very welcoming and friendly. She can speak a bit of english very well too. Two thumbs up. At the lobby, they also put up a station of tea and lemon drink which is very handy for guests coming back from Tianmen Mountain. The hotel rooms are bright, clean and modern. Size of the room and bathroom are good too. They also offer branded Peter Thomas Roth toileteries. Our rooms do not have any smoking smell at all. Buffet Breakfast is generally ok but can be further improved. The changsha famous milk tea shop is just next to the hotel. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

We were upgraded to elite rooms which is much bigger and nearer to the lobby. The hotel is huge and pretty, staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is next to a tourist attraction and within 15 mins walk to the famous mountain. The daily breakfast buffet is delicious and with a widespread of varieties, I finally get to taste the Bee Hoon on my last morning with them.

Excellent Stay with Breathtaking Views and Top-notch Service I had an amazing experience at the Huatian Grand Zhangjiajie Hotel. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from the cableway, making it super convenient for exploring the stunning Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The view from the hotel is incredible; waking up to those mountain landscapes was unforgettable. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Everything was clean and fresh, creating a relaxing environment after a day of sightseeing. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff were all professional and kind, but I want to give a special mention to Miss Táng Gāoyǎ, who went above and beyond. She explained everything clearly and made sure we felt welcomed and well-informed throughout our stay. Her attentiveness and warmth really made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its strategic location, stunning views, cleanliness, and outstanding service. It was the perfect base for our Zhangjiajie adventure!

This was our last leg of our China trip. The 4 days 3 nights stay at Manyuan was wonderful. The team of staff we met was thoughtful and helpful, and the lead staff 彭谊stood out as a true attentive person. She guided us to book DiDi online Taxi and recommended places for dinner. In addition to enthusiastically recommending us places to go and buying tickets for us for the WuLingYuan National park and ZhangJiaJie Great Canyon with discount, we could feel that they were very concerned about our daily life. My wife said that every day when we returned to the hotel, she felt like she was back home when she heard the friendly ”You're back”. Our female butler 缘缘 helps monitor my online 淘宝purchase that delivered to the hotel. Another two staff worth mentioned was 晓晓 who guide us on the route in the national park of places of interest and skip others if time constraints. And 陈双凤who help us to setup the herbal foot bath. We have chosen Manyuan for its non smoking, clean, spacious rooms that overseeing the stream and sitting there with a glass of wine. It is also easy access to WuLingYuan National Park East gate. There are plenty of Chinese selection for the breakfast. My wife and I especially enjoyed and appreciated the coffee machine, which hardly available in other hotels. We are deeply grateful that we were allowed for late checkout with a small fee due midnight flight. This is really warm and accommodating experience and highly recommend Manyuan to future travelers coming to ZhangJiaJie. 这是我们中国之旅的最后一站。在曼缘的四天三夜住宿经历非常愉快。我们遇到的酒店员工都非常周到与乐于助人，领队彭谊是一位富有经验又细心的人。她指导我们预订滴滴在线出租车并推荐晚餐地点。 除了热心地向我们推荐景点并为我们购买武陵源国家公园和张家界大峡谷的折扣门票外，我们能感受到她们真诚的关心我们的出入起居生活。我的妻子说，每天回到酒店，听到親切的一声＂回来啦＂都感到自己像回到了家。 我们的女管家缘缘帮我跟进我网上购买的淘宝商品送到酒店。另外两位值得一提的员工是晓晓，她指导我们游览国家公园的景点路线。她会建议如果时间紧迫，跳过其他景点。还有陈双凤帮助我们设置草药足浴。 我们选择满园酒店是因为这里有干净、宽敞的禁烟客房，在阳台可以俯瞰溪流，小酎一杯。从酒店前往武陵源国家公园东门也很方便。早餐有很多选择。我和妻子特别喜欢并感谢酒店的咖啡机，这在其他酒店很难找到。 由于我们的搭的是午夜航班，酒店允许我们以付个小费用延迟退房，我们对此深表感谢。对我们来说这是一个非常温暖和照顾周到的住宿体验，强烈推荐未来来张家界的旅客入住曼缘渡假酒店。

Extremely clean and well maintained: any small issue that arose was quickly fixed. Location is optimal if visiting the national park, as the hotel lies at a 15m walk away from the Zimugang (Central Entrance) of the park. Sadly, delivery apps do not deliver to the hotel, so one should make sure to have some snacks handy. Didi service works in the area of the hotel at any time of the day and night. The host is fantastic as he offered us a ride to the entrance for both days that we visited the park. He also provided a driver to pick us up from the airport and gave us several recommendations on activities. Breakfast is essential but very tasty: be sure to come early, as few dishes might finish (especially baozi and dumplings). In the winter, some amenities like the pool and the balcony are harder to enjoy, due to the weather. All in all, highly recommended experience if planning to have easy access to Zhangjiajie park, combined with a very pleasant room and stunning views. Really worth every penny.

We had a very good experience over there. The owner is very friendly. He picked us up from Wulingyuan Bus Station. (You need to take bus from Zhangjiajie Bus station which is right next the Zhangjiajie Railway Station to Wulingyuan). This homestay is located in the quiet place along with a small stream. The room is very clean with free breakfast(P6). The homestay is 5 mins driving away to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The owner also offered detailed travel plan for us, so we had a great time in the national park. We loved their home cooking local foods so much!!!!!( I attached the menu below). We stayed there for 5 days, we ate out the first day. After we tried their cooking, we didn't eat out anymore. We texted owner before we came back. When we arrived homestay all the dishes had been ready. We highly recommend this homestay.

Such a great Hotel, with awesome service, friendly staff. The rooms are always clean, the rooms look great and the view is breathtaking, that is why we continuiously choose Sloft when we come to Chongqing. The location is very convinient, not far from the center and subway in walking distance. Also around the hotel are many food and drink options such as a hotpot place, a bar, coffee shops and so on. The staff provided snacks and drinks dayly for free. We always like to come back!!

Enjoy perfect view of YuanJiaJie from the hot tub or lounge chairs at the balcony. We were taken care of by 小赵，who drove us to nearby places (grocery stores, dinner, etc) and made sure our itinerary met our wishlist. He even checked in on us when we were in the Zhangjiajie national park to make sure that we would not miss the closing timings. He was also on standby 24/7 to attend to our needs. This place also offers complimentary laundry services, which was important for us as we travelled during a rainy period. Also, the 1-time airport transfer was luxurious, where we got picked up by an MPV, ensuring the stay got off to the perfect start.

The hotel’s location is quite far from downtown Zhangjiajie, approximately around 45min car drive. However, the hotel is great! Aside from majestic view of the valley, their service and care for their guests is impeccable. Mr Qin and his colleagues were so warm and thoughtful to the point of creating a lovely small community that made this Christmas one to remember. They created some small dumpling making activity for the guests and even had some KTV available if you and your friends would want to have some singalong night. The food they offer is also amazing, and their home made tea is also a must try. Only concern I have would be the bathroom not having a heater, but all in all I would definitely recommend this place as a must visit in Zhangjiajie.
