Toilet di kamar rusak, kondisi sanitasi rata-rata, dan mesin cuci sangat kotor. Tipikal hotel untuk fotografer, fotonya indah dan hanya scam. Sarapannya monoton banget, pokoknya susunya encer! ! ! ! Susu kedelai juga dicampur dengan air! ! ! ! Selain meja depan yang ramah, tidak ada hal lain yang disukai darinya.

Saya jarang memberikan ulasan negatif di Internet, dan ini adalah pengalaman akomodasi yang sangat buruk: Pertama, kebersihannya kurang bersih dan fasilitasnya mengkhawatirkan. Misalnya, air siram toilet akan terciprat, dan beberapa kali terciprat ke kaki...! Benar-benar menjijikkan... Kedua, lingkungan pagi hari sangat bising, ruangan hampir tidak kedap suara, dan terdengar suara pintu ditutup dan berjalan di koridor serta ruangan lain. Yang terburuk adalah layanannya. Saya pergi untuk sarapan jam 9 pagi dan hampir tidak ada sarapan! Seperti yang ditunjukkan pada gambar. Kualitas sarapannya tidak sebaik Home Inn! Untuk harga rumah di atas 900, kualitas bakpao dan shaomai tidak sebagus yang dibeli di pinggir jalan...! Roti dalam kantong sebenarnya memiliki bau yang tidak sedap...tapi rasa tepungnya bisa diterima, dan bisa dinilai tiga dari lima. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman yang sangat buruk... Harganya sama dengan hotel kelas atas. Kecuali sambutan hangat dari staf meja depan dan keramahtamahan Golden Retriever kepada para tamu, layanan dan fasilitas lainnya sangat sepadan dengan harganya!

The Bed & Breakfast is very beautiful. It has big mountain at the background. It is located on the mountain top, so you will pass through winding road with beautiful view to get to the B&B. I forgot to reserve an airport pick-up before the stay, but booking Didi (like chinese uber or grab car) to get to the B&B is very easy with alipay. Upon check-in they upgraded my room to one with courtyard and gave me free minibar. The view from the room is super beautiful! I originally booked for two nights but then extended another night. The room is clean and comfortable. And mind you, their toilet seat is equipped with sensoric technology that can detect when you finished doing you business and got up and automatically flushed (I spend some time to figure out how it work because I couldn't find how to flush). Their itinerary explanation is very accurate (they gave me a big map and drew itinerary route on the map). They helped me booked the Zhangjiajie national forest ticket and transportation package (price is same with trip.com and official price). They also transferred me every morning to the middle gate. They provide pick-up too from middle gate, but I usually exited from east gate to go play in the wulingyuan town at night and got back to the B&B myself by didi. There are two sets of washing and drying machines, so you can do laundry by yourself. I spend whole day outside so didn't have the chance to try their colorful afternoon tea unfortunately. But upon check-out they gave me a souvenir package and kindly transferred me to another hotel in the yongding city.

This hotel is great. The staff are very friendly and it's very convenient to go to the park for fun. Their swimming pool is also very beautiful. Unfortunately, the weather is too cold to have a chance to swim.

This place is very good, I really like it here. If time permits, I really want to stay here for a few more days

This family owned hotel is super friendly to everyone. They have a very good breakfast and helped us with the planing of the trip. The really best thing is, that they always offer you a free coffee or tea during the hole day, a complimentary free pick up service from the airport, duringthe time and return drive to the airport! We absolutely recommend this hotel!
