Ulasan Zhangjiajie Wangyun Juzhusu (National Forest Park Sign Store)

6 stars! This hotel is modern and very clean with all the modern features you could want but the staff are my highlight! On arrival the kindest staff member () sat down with me to ask about my travel plans and her advice to see the sights in the vicinity. She planned everything, booked tickets for me, all with the help of a translator app. I never expected it but it made all the difference to my experience. Everyone working there is welcoming and I am still dreaming about the chef's braised beef noodles! I almost booked the usual big chain hotels nearby but everyone in the reviews kept reiterating how great this place is and I'm so glad I chose it. The location is ideal and there are plenty of places to eat nearby or get to the East entrance of the park. Breakfast is delicious, I was kindly invited to lunch and even given an early check in. Please stay here and please be gracious to the kind people working here. PS. The adorable animals are such a great addition and I miss the puppy.

This homestay is super nice , the people here will service to their best. Due to some reason our fight was delayed they wait for us until we reach and came out to fetch us from the road, the moment when we reach the place they asked us whether did we order tickets for the attraction tickets and help us order. They will explain to you about how to walk around it and everyday when we reach they will bring us fruits and a cup of tea. During our last day at the homestay, the person in charge send us down to the road and help us flag down a cab. It is a super nice place to stay at

This was without a doubt my favorite hotel that I stayed at on my 3 week China trip, and that included multiple five star hotels. The service here is top notch, as the people working here treat you like you’re family. They sat down with me and provided a map and thoroughly explained how to navigate Zhangjiajie, even providing an itinerary. Fruits were also brought daily. The best part is on the last day I checked it in the morning and left my luggage, and spent a day exploring Zhangjiajie. I came back at night to catch my flight, and they let me shower as I was quite sweaty from the day. They also had two very sweet dogs that loved pets. The hotel is very well decorated, and is very homey and has character, unlike a traditional large hotel. The room was clean, well decorated, and had everything that I needed. Even included bath salt and flower petals for the bath! Also everything is hooked up to a smart home system so you can control everything by voice which was great. Conveniently located about a ten minute walk away from the East gate of Zhangniajie National Park. It's nice to also stay a bit farther away from the actual entrance as that's where all of the tour groups are.

Really helpful staff, Zhangjiajie map were given to us without asking and they are nice enough to brief us about the routes and recommend some best route to utilise our time there. Location is good only 10-15 mins walk to the main forest park entrance. May be due to low peak season, we gotten free upgrade on our room which was the Smart room. Was a really pleasant stay.

Nice room, comfortable bed and good ‘family style’ customer service. However, common facilities and surrounding area is not like pictures and a bit disappointing (not maintained, dirty, broken). Breakfast is not suitable for western customers (only noodles, baozi…even not coffee)

Like a home away from home. 2 calm and friendly dogs, one sleepy cat. All the staff treated us like family and went above and beyond with fruits and tea brought to our room each day. The staff helped plan our routes for the mountain which took away a lot of the guess work. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. I already can't wait to come back

We are an English-speaking family of five, and the communication and service with the front desk staff was excellent! They did not speak English but had a WeChat account for us to use immediately and were quick to respond to our every need and question. The location is close to Forest Park Walingyuan entrance by drive (we could also walk for 20 minutes to get there), and the staff walked us through the park logistics and how it all worked before we got there which was a tremendous help. There are shops and restaurants nearby in walking distance but it isn't within the main ***** of restaurants. There is a washing machine and dryer for use. We had several meituan orders delivered with ease, as there were many options! The breakfast buffet was good- local food and nice for us, and the staff offered to cook anything extra for us and to our liking. There is a river path right behind the hotel which was so lovely to walk on and explore in the morning, and my kids wanted to go everyday to play at, as there are stones and paths to walk across the super clear and clean river. On our way out, the staff helped us to book a van to our next location. My kids LOVED the 2 dogs that stay there, who are very friendly and loving. We would stay again!

If you are looking to stay close to Forest National Park in Zhangjiajie, this is a great option. Its walking distance to the park, the room is outstabding and clean. The staff is one of the best, supportive, and kind. Kudos for the lady Tan Jin, she helped me with my 3 day schedule and how to enjoy the most of out each touristic point in Zhangjiajie (Forest National Park, Grand Canyon and Tianmen Mountain). I had a memorable experience in this hotel.

Room was spacious and had a great view. The hotel is situated in a prime location next to all the major attractions in the city. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. They helped us plan our trip during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The service was great! We were informed about the nearby scenic spots and every night we got a plate with snacks and fruit brought to our room. The room was nice and clean.

房間都在三樓，雖然是雨季但是不潮濕，房間電動窗簾，智能馬桶等，床晚上感應夜燈，衞生做的也乾淨。位置就在張家界國家森林公園標誌門附近，魅力湘西表演的對面，去邊上的富正毅吃飯也很方便，後門直通過去30-50米。入住當天因為在天門山景區大雨，鞋子全濕了，服務員馬上送過來烘鞋器。大堂桌椅可供休息，外面露台很大，上面佈置了不少綠植，很漂亮。早餐有包子饅頭玉米發糕雞蛋牛奶麪包等，還有現做的麪條和米粉等。

入住前一天給民宿打了個電話，馬上就安排了私人管家李燕小姐姐和我對接，問了我們具體到達和離開的時間及要求，很快就給我們規劃出了幾天的遊玩路線。第二天出發前，李燕小姐姐又發了民宿的定位，位置非常好，就在魅力湘西的對面，要我們快到時告訴她，下來幫我們拿行李。一上樓就被民宿的花園驚艷了，當時就決定每天留出一個小時在花園裡坐坐。辦理入住時給我們升了房，有個圓形浴缸，還帶個小院子。之後李燕給我們拿了她們家自己的手繪地圖，詳細的給我們講了當天的遊玩路線和時間，回來後根據後面兩天的天氣再做線路調整。民宿的每個工作人員都非常熱情，每天回到房間，都會送來熱茶和水果，早餐品種不多但中西都有，非常可口，粉和麪特別好吃。民宿有一衹杜賓犬叫包穀，還有一衹小狗和小貓，我們每天回來都會和它們玩一會，讓我驚奇的是包穀的訓練有素，它非常聰明和聽話，和人很親近，坐卧靠和握手都執行的很好，吃的放在它面前，不讓吃它就不會吃，甚至吃到嘴裏的讓它吐，馬上就吐出來，一點都不護食。我們每天回來都會在大堂坐坐，工作人員都會熱情的給我們泡茶，洗水果，和我們聊聊天。美好的時光總是過的很快，望雲居給了我們一次非常難忘的回憶，感謝你們！ 提幾個小小的建議：因為房間比較大，垃圾桶衹有一個有點少了，建議增加1-2個垃圾桶；現在充電設備較多，尤其是2個人出行會更多，建議增加幾個插座或配個插板；洗手枱建議增加一個擦手巾。

女兒高考後選了這個時間來張家界，入住了這家寶藏民宿望雲居，地理位置非常好，到哪裡都很方便，民宿的每一位工作人員都好年輕，很有親和力，每個細節都很用心，天很熱回到酒店，他們會給你倒上熱茶，再來一盤西瓜解暑，行程的合理性也會給到專業的建議，讓我們避免了很多的坑，特別喜歡他們家的杜賓，柴犬還有一直可愛的狸花貓貓。我們住的房間民宿的李燕給我們升級了一間超大有花園的景觀房，四面都是落地玻璃窗還有一個超大的淋浴房，花瓣浴缸接了乏，女兒説感覺回到了家，下次來必須住這裏，由衷的感謝🙏，希望你們越來越好，越來越旺，生意興隆哦👍
