Very good hotel. Staff is amazing! They helped us a lot to get to the hotel from train station. Just text them on wechat.

The male boss provided excellent service. He recommended me the places to visit inside Zhangjiajie National Park given my arrival timing and also the following day. Since I was travelling solo, he provided some safety tips inside the Park and offered to make my next day's breakfast outside the breakfast time if I needed to sleep in. He would come have a small chat with me whenever I was dining alone there too. Besides the service, the location is excellent. It's just about 5min walk to Zhangjiajie National Park's North Entrance. The greatest perk of staying at the mountain top was that I largely avoided the crowd as I was in the opposite direction mostly. Within walking distance are a few restaurants, a foot bath and massage and a supermarket which was really convenient. The room I stayed in was clean except the balcony which had bugs but was understandable since it is in the mountains. The only downside for me was that there was no soundproofing at all so the occasional noise at night and the start of activity in the early morning made it hard for a light sleeper like me.

The room was just as shown on the store details page, but the room was old and smelled bad, and there were no disposable slippers provided. But the store's service attitude is pretty good, they will help with the suitcases, and the breakfast is also good!

The room hardware is in line with this level of B&B. The space is large and the air is good. Please note that the one with a balcony is on the fourth floor. I stayed for four days in a row. There are not many restaurants in the north gate. I ate alone in the hotel. Xiangxi Story Inn is a strange but rustic place. When I came to Zhangjiajie for the first time, I wanted to do whatever I wanted, so I found this inn online. The location of the inn is a 5-minute walk to the north gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. There are rows of small restaurants nearby and a small supermarket just a few feet away, which is very convenient. I have the impression that the inn should be a very simple residence, and I booked Xiangxi Story just to feel the atmosphere. It was already around 9 o'clock in the evening when we arrived at the inn. The owner of the inn, Mr. Peng, asked his staff to pick us up at the roadside because he was worried that we would not be able to find a place. This first impression immediately added points. When we arrived at the inn, we found that the environment was actually much better than expected. Although it was called an inn, it should be more appropriately called a hotel. There are ancient buildings near the inn, which are very cultural. The inn room is large in size, the bed is quite comfortable, and the basic facilities are complete. As the saying goes, although the sparrow is small, it has all the essentials! If you don't have enough supplies, you can ask for them at the counter. Shampoo and body wash are all in single packages, and toothpaste and toothbrushes are complete. The hotel also has a pretty good breakfast, with a strong local flavor. Simple porridge, side dishes, noodles and other home-cooked dishes made us temporarily forget the complexity of the big city. In addition, Mr. Peng, the owner of Xiangxi Story Inn, is frank, kind and sincere. From the time we checked into the inn, he personally helped us carry our luggage to the 4th floor (there is no elevator), and also helped us deal with some ticketing and itinerary issues for attractions. The inn can provide discounted fares, saving us a lot of time and trouble. Mr. Peng also took the trouble to explain the fare and approximate itinerary to us. Even though it was almost late at night, Mr. Peng also carefully shared our concerns like an old friend. I can't say enough good things about helping us with ticketing and other related issues on the spot! All I can say is: Like! Very nice! If you come to Zhangjiajie, this hotel is very cost-effective and worth recommending. Of course, please do not rely on the requirements of big city hotels. After all, the cost is not the number of star hotels. But you can enjoy a strong local cultural atmosphere. It also saves a lot of costs, including accommodation fees, ticket prices, etc. It was a very happy trip. I would like to thank Mr. Peng for his sincere and warm hospitality, and also thank the inn staff for their considerate service.

The store is average, not quite in line with the high rating. We agreed to take them to buy tickets, but they only told us the location. The elderly have poor digestion, so they didn't eat any cooking at night. They ordered a bowl of noodle soup at the store. Each person only had a small bowl, but they were charged 40 yuan. I felt that it lacked sincerity.

It is very close to the north gate of the scenic spot, a five- to six-minute walk, and you can park for free if you drive by car. There is a restaurant on the ground floor where you can eat. I had three meals here and it tasted good. It's just that the room was too cold. The air conditioner couldn't be turned on during the day. When the air conditioner was turned on at night, the temperature didn't go up much. I had to wear thick clothes to sleep.

The boss is very friendly and the service is good at this price. The breakfast is very good. It cannot be compared with star-rated hotels. It is good at the same price. The hotel facilities are a bit old. To be precise, it should be similar to the farmhouse ten years ago. So you have to accept these when you come to Beimen. If you want better conditions, you should go to the city.

The mountain road has 18 bends, but the air is good and the hotel looks good. At the end of the line, we talked about hotel services. The hotel can provide a car to take you to the entrance of the scenic spot. The boss is also very enthusiastic, and you can also have meals at the hotel. As for the facilities, there are basically no problems, except that there is a bit of moisture on the mountain.

The location of the hotel is excellent, next to the entrance to the park at the top station. The room was very clean, had everything you needed, towels were changed every day. The boss, his family and the staff are very enthusiastic. There is a special car to pick up and drop off the hotel from the north gate of the park. Hunan food is too spicy, so the boss recommended lighter dishes with discounted prices. The boss lady also planned an itinerary for scenic spots. It was a very happy trip.

The owner of the inn is a big harmonious and hardworking family. They adopt a three-good policy for the guests, living well, eating well, and playing well. The inspiration from the shop owner made me find true love in a basket of scenic spots, and I am no longer confused. Now from the urban area to Tianzishan Town, take a minibus to Zhonghu Township, and then find a car to enter the mountain. At the same time, luggage can be checked between the gates of the scenic spot and in the urban area, which is very convenient.
