Very please with the service provided by the rececption team. Specially thank Xu Lin for her extra mile in getting the shoe repaired within 15 minutes. It is totally beyond my expectation. I am in China in various cities. This is the first time I meet such a dedicated service staff. Good service.

老牌酒店，升級商務樓，前台看到有很多入住活動。 設施完善,但不新，標間有浴缸還是很神奇，乾濕分離不錯，水温水量不錯，房間大小不錯，免費停車，樓下很多餐廳。 沒有USB充電口，不是智能馬桶，位置在市中心的問題是，不好打車

孩子在對面的金水源酒店參加比賽。然後就定了國貿。一開始沒有太多期待的，沒想到房間挺大，而且一看就是衞浴重新裝修過。枱麪和接縫都保持的很乾凈。床品也不是一拉就散的那種多層布草。大堂接待看到我帶了孩子還主動給了小童用品。美中不足是吹風機不行。電視機當天衹能看一個台，其他都有故障。但是瑕不掩瑜

非常滿意的一家酒店，店內娛樂餐飲地方很多，星巴克就在前台邊上，每次辦理入住前台的工作人員很熱情，而且業務辦理熟練，一分鐘內就能辦理好入住，性價比很高的一家五星級酒店，出差首選

酒店地處張家港市中心位置，離楊舍老街不遠，適合晚上逛街。客房整潔乾淨，還十分安靜，住着很舒適。值得一提的是早餐品種繁多口味好吃，有不錯的體驗。

1.房間很漂亮，也很乾凈 2.整體入口一進來感覺來到大賣場太雜亂 3.酒店房間要通過餐廳走到後面感覺太吵雜 4.拋去上樓前的環境簡直遭透，能夠用亂七八糟來形容 5.房間完美沒問題，很乾凈裝修也很新 6.前臺中規中矩無瑕疵 7.客房人員也是無瑕疵 敗筆：一樓大廳動線太吵，對比小童房650不划算 如果沒有帶小孩建議住萬豪，體驗感會好一點
