La Perle Apartments

Kami tiba di apartemen, kemudian kami menemukan pemberitahuan di pintu, perlu pergi ke hotel lain untuk melakukan check-in, sudah jelas informasinya, Mengapa mereka tidak menyarankan sebelumnya, untuk langsung pergi ke tempat itu, sedang hujan dan 3 barang bawaan berjalan-jalan, mereka harus memberi tahu seperti ini, sebelum tiba, mereka menjual sesuatu, begitu tiba berbeda, itu sangat buruk.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The location was perfect—close to the city center, public transportation, local shops, and restaurants. The apartment was clean, well-decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee, luxury toiletries, and a guidebook with local tips. The host was an excellent host, providing clear communication and quick responses to any questions we had. They even left a welcome basket and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We hope to return soon!

Perhaps the best value in Zermatt. Good location, access to all of the amenities at the Hotel Alpen Resort. One of the best spas you can find for 20chf per person per day. Ski rentals right next door at Matterhorn Sport Riva. Rooms are dated, refrigerator would not cool (can leave cold items on the balcony). Comfortable beds. Great for families. Not luxury but the Hotel Alpen is and you have access to it. If you are a value / budget minded traveler you will be very happy here. Lastly - Zermatt is amazing!

Convenient and quiet except Saturday night when noisy groups amble along the street throughout the night. All rooms available for let face this street. It would have been very helpful to have had an information sheet about the cleaning, ski locker access etc as the hotel reception did not know how it worked and gave us the wrong information.

This is a very simple place. Ample space, clean and the price was right. Really close to the train station so it was great. The Green bus line stops on the corner which is convenient. We did not ski but it would have been easy. I would consider returning. You have access to the spa area for a discounted fare.

We stayed in the first floor apartment in this brand new building. The apartment which accommodates six guests, covers the entire first floor. The apartment is surrounded by balconies and a huge terrace directly facing the Matterhorn. Two bedrooms and the kitchen/dining overlook the river. The sound of the river is really seductive! The third bedroom overlooks the terrace and has a huge modern ensuite bathroom. The apartment has been done to an extremely high standard. The kitchen is huge, modern and well equipped. The three bathrooms have been done with modern design and tasteful finishes. There is a washing machine/dryer in the apartment which is extremely convenient. The location of the building is very central with easy access to the train station and all touristic and sports attractions. Many restaurants are within meters away. Our stay was made most comfortable by the constant attentive service provided by Ms. Alessandra who takes extra care and does not spare any effort to make her guests enjoy a memorable vacation. Highly recommended.
