This 5 ½-room apartment was originally planned to be an owner-occupied apartment. You'll find everything you need to have a relaxed vacation: spacious rooms with a lot of daylight and comfortable furnishings. 5 ½-room apartment, 130 square metres, 6-7 beds. The spacious living room and the hall have maple floors and modern furnishings as well as some typical antique pieces of furniture from the Saas valley. 3 double bedrooms (one with 160-centimetre-double bed and washbasin), 1 smaller single bedroom, separate comfortable kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with: bathtub, WC, duplex washbasin, magnifying mirror and hairdrier; 1 separate WC, balcony furniture and deckchairs. Holiday taxes Summer (01.06. -31.10.): CHF 7.-/adults, CHF 3.50/children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Holiday taxes Winter (01.11. -31.05.): CHF 4.50 for adults, CHF 2.25 for children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Parking: CHF 40.--/week, final cleaning: CHF 140.-- Electricity, water and heating are included in the price for normal consumption. Bed-linen, towels and kitchen linen can be hired.
