My friends wanted to surprise me with a birthday wellness weekend getaway. When we arrived, there was no one at the reception so we had to find someone. The receptionist was really nice but not able to speak English, but we understood each other so that was okay. We arrived in the afternoon, checked in, spent some time in spa and booked some massages and in the evening we went to the restaurant for a birthday dinner. When we arrived, young lady told us we only have 3 minutes to order and I told her we know what we want but she left and came back in a while to take the order. She came back several minutes later saying that kitchen is closed but we can still order some salads. SO WE DID ORDER some basic salads instead of pasta and some chicken. You can imagine how disappointed we were. While we were “enjoying” our dinner, another lady approached our table saying we only have 3 minutes to finish our dinner cause restaurant closes now. (I’m not gonna mention that none of the ladies was able to speak English AGAIN) I couldn’t believe someone treat their hotel hosts like this!!!! So we took our plates by ourselfs and went to finish it to the hall where we found some table with sofas. We were very disappointed and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!! We were so shocked with the staff behaviour cause we’re visiting Polish wellness spa a few times in a year and we were always so satisfied and always looking forward for another trip…
