UBICACION BIEN , BUENAS INSTALACIONES, BUEN TRATO PERSONAL,LA VENTAJA DE TENER PARKING 🅿

I made a mistake about the arrival day (month and a half) and after payed i asked to trip.com. And to the hotel to change date and no ones took care about. Only a notice about not refunda le payment.

Everything was good except location. It was industrial area.

Suitable for self-driving, good service, free parking outside the hotel, the room is a bit small but sufficient

The hotel is outside Zaragoza. Suitable for self-driving and temporary accommodation on business trips. Not suitable for travelers visiting the city, it takes 10-15 minutes to drive to downtown Zaragoza. The front desk service is serious, the hotel room facilities are good, and a free underground garage is provided. The internal environment of the hotel is very good. The only drawback is that the environment after leaving the hotel is a warehouse area and large trucks.

Établissement en plein milieu en zone industrielle de transport !!, pas superbe !. Ne mérite pas 4 * , en France il aurait 1* ou max 2* . Déçu !

This is a 4* hotel and it deserves every one of those stars. The staff are super helpful, the spa is amazing and the whole place is beautiful. a previous comment said there was no public transport. the bus goes less than a 2 min walk from the hotel!!!! There is a fabulous restraint at the hotel and a bar in the same complex! Clearly that person didn’t think to ask. It’s not in the middle of nowhere, yea it’s on an industrial estate and very peaceful out of the city. The views are amazing. The wine and food are outstanding and the service is exceptional. Thank you to very memeber of the team from managers to cleaners to maintenance and waiting staff. So friendly and helpful. And they have self service laundry! All in all fabulous. Namaste.

This is the most overpriced garbage hotel in the middle of nowhere. There is no food anywhere. There is no public transport because it’s in the middle of a large truck parking lot with no other amenities in sight. I can’t believe the price they charge for this place. The front desk staff were nice so I gave it 2 stars. You’ll have to pay almost 20 euros in Uber just to get to food and the city centre one way. There is nothing here. No restaurants, no facilities, nothing. It’s a reflection of Zaragoza itself.

Aunque en principio me asustó que estuviese en la ciudad de transporte, después pude apreciar el descanso y la comodidad del hotel, libre de ruidos. Las habitaciones son cómodas, el baño completo. La cama grandísima y confortable. Las almohadas mullidas y en su justa altura. El personal de recepción, ( sobre todo Nacho) son super atentos. Dispuestos a ayudar y asesorar en todo lo que necesites. La comunicación con la ciudad se puede hacer perfectamente con un autobús que para en la puerta del hotel y que te deja junto a la basílica del Pilar.

Mala experiencia. Independientemente de esto, un hotel de paso, para trabajadores humildes, o una noche de parejas, no esperes NADA. Ahora voy con lo mío. Viajaba por negocios, tenía que salir pronto, opté por este hotel, que ya imaginaba que sería flojo. Todo normalito, pero el desayuno... la muerte. Empezaba a las 7:30, lo ponían en el papel. Yo estoy acostumbrado a desayunar a las 7 entre semana, para salir pronto del hotel y llegar a destino. Espero en la habitación hasta las 7:30 y resulta que bajo y estaba ya lleno. Abra a las 7:00, me dijeron a las 7:30... El sitio estaba lleno de asiáticos de algún grupo, y las dos camareras, venga hacer comentarios ofensivos de la gente. que si "mira este" que si " no se entera" que si "no tengo tiempo". MUY MUY MUY desagradable escuchar a las dos camareras, una de unos 50 y otra de unos 30. Al parecer los grupos estos llegan en bandada, y claro, les dejan el comedor completamente usado, y tienen que ir quitando platos y montando mesas, pero eso no es motivo para que traten mal a nadie, aunque tengan los ojos rasgados y no hablen nuestro idioma. Comentarios de todo tipo, no me acuerdo de todos, pero recuerdo también, que si comen mucha fruta los chinos estos, o que si van a gastar el agua de la máquina y nos va a tocar reponerlo, no se , escuche media docena de malas palabras. Si yo fuera el responsable del hotel, se lo haría mirar. Como digo, por lo demás, si necesitas una cama y una ducha, y nada más, quizás sea tu hotel. bueno, a ver, la ducha era la típica que la "alcachofa" se ponía a lanzar agua en horizontal, porque estaba dado de si, y al recibir presión, no se sostenía del aplique, por lo que no te puedes duchar agusto con dos manos libres, tienes que cogerla. No se, muy malo el sitio.

Las instalaciones son magníficas, sólo superadas por la calidad del personal. Atentos, amables, dispuestos,... todo lo bueno que se pueda decir de ellos es poco. Un equipo que son un 11 sobre 10 sin duda. Volveré por trabajo y espero volver por placer.
