We had great experience in Club Med. They had a lot of programs for children and adults as well. In particular, Anna helped us very kindly in real time, it was very convenient for us because we are not good at Mandarin and she could speak in English to us. She takes care us all the time and if we had questions she answered quickly and frendly. Moreover every GO staffs were kind and they remember us especially our kids liked the atmosphere. They all could speak English. We thank to Anna. Also we thank to Ksena and Arry. Both were so great to my kid. Arry could speak english and Korean so my kid was very confertable in mini kids club. Thank you so much!

Club Med stay is fantastic and friendly towards family with kids travellers. Full day Kids club program is very welcome by the young ones. Location of club is tranquil, highly recommend to hire a driver for town visits.

The location is the best! Great services. G.Os are super nice, especially Miya.

We loved Club Med Lijiang We are a mixed family with two boys aged 5 and 8 and spent 7 nights at Club Med Lijiang. We were excited to go but it still exceeded our expectations. Our boys did not want to leave the resort. The food was delicious and diverse, with a mix of local Yunnan dishes, other Chinese dishes and Western cuisine, with menu variations each day. The restaurant manager Abdel was very professional but personal and the Head Chef Rishi even improvised a Sri Lankan dish for us one evening. As we had a full week, we did some excursions to explore the region but when we were at the village (i.e. the Club Med), our two sons were gladly going to the Mini Club very independently, regularly lunching or dining with their friends and the amazing Kids Club staff (or GO’s in Club Med vocabulary). Thanks again to GO’s Mark, William, Otto for doing so well with the kids and allowing us parents to also enjoy the facilities or go out sightseeing on bicycles. Also thanks to the circus team Bobby, Lio and Glenn for their safely and thorough explanation, we all tried our first trapeze. Another great surprise was the quality of the shows in the evenings, so much that we attended all of them. Some of the GO’s artistic talent or energy was amazing; the trapeze team, Kara, Allen, Otto, Mark, Kuga and even bar manager Lee. Finally, Frankie at the front desk was amazing at making sure our holiday was a success and generally, the GO teams were incredible, not just at their own speciality but throughout the week in our interactions with them. We really enjoyed our holidays. Congratulations go to head of village Yannis for making Club Med Lijiang so exceptional. We hope to be back later this year.

Absolutely beautiful campus located about a half hour from Lijiang’s most famous attraction. The staff is very professional and accommodating. There’s plenty of activities to do during a day and an ancient town about five minutes away by car. This is a great getaway and everything was wonderful. Thanks to the staff for all their work!

It was a very happy trip. I was very happy to see many of my friends in this bright season. I was very happy to be taken care of by friends I have known for a long time here, from the auntie who cooked noodles to every enthusiastic GO and GE; thank you for your efforts, which made me have a perfect holiday. Special thanks to the village chief Haily, long time no see, hard work. Also thank you Edna, Grace, Taylor from the front desk department, it’s so nice to see you again. It was off-season, and the staff was very considerate to upgrade our room type. The balcony view was amazing, and the room service was also very good. They would come to clean up every morning and afternoon, and send flower cakes in the evening. The hotel has a lot of activities. The children played until 10 pm before returning to the room. You can consider adding more indoor activities during the day, because if it rains, you want more indoor optional activities. The GOs performed very hard and enthusiastically. The scenery of Amezawa Camp is very beautiful, and there are many people taking wedding photos there.

After arriving at the hotel, the hotel upgraded us to a view suite for free, and we could see the snow-capped mountains in the room. The room was very clean, well-equipped, and the sofa and recliner were very comfortable, which the children loved. The service staff were very enthusiastic, and they would greet us when they met us, provide various assistance to the guests during the day, and bring wonderful performances at night. On the day of check-out, due to flight delays, we were also with our young baby, and the housekeeper Logan helped us apply for a late check-out so that the child could take a nap. A great stay experience!

We stayed in three single rooms for a total of five days, and I couldn't help but comment on each one. For someone like me who can't help but work out and lift weights wherever I go, the gym and yoga room at clubmed are really great. The yoga instructor here, Tamer, whose Chinese name is Wentai, is from Turkey. He can be seen teaching every day, and he also performs wonderful shows in the evening. All GOs are hexagonal warriors~ Wentai sends me a group photo every day and invites me to work out together. I don't feel out of place in ClubMed. We agreed to go there next time.

I really like this place. In addition to the beautiful scenery, it is at the foot of the snow-capped mountains. The health services are also excellent and the people are very warm. We met a very good reception manager EDNA, who prepared breakfast for us when we left. There was also a very interesting handsome G.OTamer from Turkey, who was really interesting. We also met the village chief of Lijiang, who was also very interesting. He accompanied us to drink and play with us. I really like clubmed and will continue to come next time if I have the chance. ………… Warm service, consistent throughout. We missed the flight on the first day and encountered a heavy snowfall that only occurs once in thirty years. We arrived at 22 o'clock. Hot meals were arranged as soon as possible, and the front desk manager EDNA arranged cold meals and fruits to be delivered to the guest room. Wentai, joined us for dinner and invited us to climb rocks and do archery. Haley introduced club med and its corresponding characteristics in various places, and gave some practical suggestions. We agreed to meet at other stores in the future. The guy at the bar was very professional and explained the local craft beer. I was also very satisfied with the recommended craft beer. Beautiful scenery and complete facilities Outside the balcony is the fog-locked mountain peaks and the mountain-locked fog, which can be emptied for a long time. The three meals were very satisfying, exquisite and rich, and I could gain a little weight every day. In addition to sports and entertainment facilities, there is also the Amezawa Snow Mountain Camp. The only drawback is that the photos are not satisfactory. The photos taken by the SLR are only a few MB and the pictures are blurred after enlarging. The quotation is also a bit casual and not transparent. The photographer abandoned the natural environment when framing the scene, and mainly focused on close-ups of people, which is quite regrettable. Staying for 3 nights is not enough... I will definitely stay for a week next time! The room was upgraded to a suite, which was really unexpected! There are also a variety of facilities and activities, and the service is very considerate. There is a campsite where the children can stay for half a day, and there are many attractions around, so it is really worth staying for a week!

I came here because of its reputation. It was not disappointing. The hotel is located near the snow-capped mountains. I can go to the lobby to wait for the golden mountain in the morning around 7:00 in fifteen minutes. Special thanks to my GO Logan. He introduced the hotel's services and facilities as soon as I checked in. When he learned that my return flight was in the evening, he took the initiative to delay check-out. Thanks to Oliver and Tamer from the fitness department. Your enthusiasm and professional courses have added new fun to our stay.

The hotel upgraded the suites, and the software and hardware are very good. It was a very satisfying stay. Bringing children along for the experience is a worry-free and labor-saving experience. The hotel is at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and you can directly enjoy the view from the balcony!
