We had great experience in Club Med. They had a lot of programs for children and adults as well. In particular, Anna helped us very kindly in real time, it was very convenient for us because we are not good at Mandarin and she could speak in English to us. She takes care us all the time and if we had questions she answered quickly and frendly. Moreover every GO staffs were kind and they remember us especially our kids liked the atmosphere. They all could speak English. We thank to Anna. Also we thank to Ksena and Arry. Both were so great to my kid. Arry could speak english and Korean so my kid was very confertable in mini kids club. Thank you so much!

Club Med stay is fantastic and friendly towards family with kids travellers. Full day Kids club program is very welcome by the young ones. Location of club is tranquil, highly recommend to hire a driver for town visits.

The location is the best! Great services. G.Os are super nice, especially Miya.

We loved Club Med Lijiang We are a mixed family with two boys aged 5 and 8 and spent 7 nights at Club Med Lijiang. We were excited to go but it still exceeded our expectations. Our boys did not want to leave the resort. The food was delicious and diverse, with a mix of local Yunnan dishes, other Chinese dishes and Western cuisine, with menu variations each day. The restaurant manager Abdel was very professional but personal and the Head Chef Rishi even improvised a Sri Lankan dish for us one evening. As we had a full week, we did some excursions to explore the region but when we were at the village (i.e. the Club Med), our two sons were gladly going to the Mini Club very independently, regularly lunching or dining with their friends and the amazing Kids Club staff (or GO’s in Club Med vocabulary). Thanks again to GO’s Mark, William, Otto for doing so well with the kids and allowing us parents to also enjoy the facilities or go out sightseeing on bicycles. Also thanks to the circus team Bobby, Lio and Glenn for their safely and thorough explanation, we all tried our first trapeze. Another great surprise was the quality of the shows in the evenings, so much that we attended all of them. Some of the GO’s artistic talent or energy was amazing; the trapeze team, Kara, Allen, Otto, Mark, Kuga and even bar manager Lee. Finally, Frankie at the front desk was amazing at making sure our holiday was a success and generally, the GO teams were incredible, not just at their own speciality but throughout the week in our interactions with them. We really enjoyed our holidays. Congratulations go to head of village Yannis for making Club Med Lijiang so exceptional. We hope to be back later this year.

Absolutely beautiful campus located about a half hour from Lijiang’s most famous attraction. The staff is very professional and accommodating. There’s plenty of activities to do during a day and an ancient town about five minutes away by car. This is a great getaway and everything was wonderful. Thanks to the staff for all their work!

I have been eyeing Clubmed for many years and finally bought it in Lijiang. It is a great resort with many activities in the village. I took them hiking, playing in the water park and the snow mountain camp behind. The kids had a lot of fun. There are many activities in the Dongba Pavilion and the kids had a great time. The evening performance was also great because it coincided with the Lantern Festival and Valentine's Day, and there were fireworks shows. The food was also good. You can find delicious food every day. Because it was off-season, we upgraded our room. We stayed for four days and three nights and were reluctant to leave when we left. Full score recommendation. I hope to have the opportunity to come back in different seasons in the future.

The hardware facilities are complete, and they come in to clean several times a day. The most important thing is that the G.O is very enthusiastic. For families with children, it is simply a relaxing trip. Every G.O will greet you warmly and take the children around to play. The mini club water park is very suitable for young children. The elderly have mahjong, KTV, table tennis, yoga, and archery, and the adults just eat and drink every day. The first choice for family travel in winter!

I checked in at the first clubmed resort and stayed for three nights. It was really different from joyview. Edna contacted us the day before check-in to confirm the check-in time. When I arrived at the front desk, I immediately got the prepared room card. There was no delay at all. It was quite efficient. Whether in the lobby or in the room, the view is quite unbeatable. The meals in the two restaurants are very rich and they will change the style. I ate very well with my baby who is less than three years old. I was impressed by the go culture. Although the baby is not old enough for custody, I can fully feel the enthusiasm of the gos, and these gos will appear everywhere, which is quite versatile. Special thanks to kun, who specializes in aerial trapeze (he broke eight ribs and his left arm while skiing), thank you for your careful explanation and for accompanying us for the last lunch. I am already looking forward to the next trip to clubmed!

The hotel is located at the foot of the snow-capped mountains. You can see the snow-capped mountains when you go out. It is so beautiful. The room is clean, tidy and spacious. The three meals a day are also different and delicious!

Clubmed in the live broadcast room tempted me to come to Lijiang, and celebrated the unforgettable New Year's Eve with the elderly and children. The three-day and two-night journey was colorful. I decided to book the Snow Mountain View Suite when the price was right. The room was large and comfortable, with complete facilities. I watched the fireworks at midnight on the balcony and watched the sunrise on Jinshan in the morning. The show atmosphere on the evening of the 31st in the hotel was quite in place. There were constant activities every day. The children also bravely challenged the flying trapeze. We almost checked in all the indoor and outdoor entertainment projects in the hotel. Sometimes we went to Dayan Bar to have a drink when we were tired. It is worth praising that there is a special position at the bar for children to order by themselves, which is very humane. The child likes to walk up the steps to see the menu and order a glass of juice cocktail he likes. Breakfast is directly delivered to the room, and you can eat a hot and delicious breakfast when you wake up! A little inadequate: the quality of the lunch and dinner buffet is average, and some G.O lacks enthusiasm for children. I hope the hotel will improve. In short, it is a perfect travel experience! I will go again next time

The child finally turned 4 and was able to experience daycare. Both the child and the adults were very happy. The child played the trapeze 7 times in the morning. He also loved making handicrafts and had his favorite GO every day. After watching the big show in the evening, he went backstage to find sister KIMI. The next day, he stuck to Aria. Sophy also actively communicated with us about the child’s status during the day. I heard that many children here want to be in daycare, and the GOs are very energetic. The party was also very high in the evening. The child really didn’t want to go back to the room or go home. This time he really became a fan of clubmed.

Environment: I was really shocked when I arrived at the lobby to check in. The weather was really good when I arrived, and the mountain view was beautiful. It might be the off-season, so the check-in time was very fast, and the staff were very warm and polite. It was lunch time when I first arrived at the hotel, but I was still arranged for lunch, thank you very much. The hotel's meals are three meals buffet for dinner. If you miss the dinner, you can also have snacks and fruit drinks, so you don't have to worry about it. I feel that the Western buffet is better than the Chinese one. It may also be the consistent style of international brands. But I am not picky about food. There is freshly squeezed juice for breakfast, which I am very satisfied with. Facilities: The hotel is a parent-child hotel, almost all of them come with children to play. It seems that they can be managed when they reach a certain age. There are many facilities for children to play. But I didn't feel very uncomfortable traveling alone. The scenic area is quite large, and there is also a camping camp next to it. You can go there in the afternoon to drink drinks and be in a daze. The snow mountain is the best place to take pictures. I feel that if I come here in summer, the experience should be better. Room: When the housekeeper took me into the room, I knew that I was upgraded to a suite on the third floor. It was the best angle for the hotel to directly see the Rizhao Jinshan Mountain. Looking from the balcony, it was really shocking. Although I didn't see the Rizhao Jinshan Mountain, it didn't hinder its beauty. It was also very quiet to sleep at night, which is very important for traveling in Yunnan, because many places here are really under renovation. In fact, before coming to Club Med, I booked a three-night homestay in Shuhe Ancient Town. It's hard to describe. The air conditioner in the room was turned on for a long time before it was warm, and then the sewer in the bathroom sink smelled. Finally, the sound of renovation started at 8 o'clock in the morning. I couldn't sleep well at all. I changed my place decisively in the morning. The owner of the homestay was also very easy to talk to and helped me refund the remaining room fee. This service is still quite good in Yunnan. Hygiene: Although the room is not as smart as those newly opened homestays and hotels, it is clean and hygienic (the toilet is a smart toilet and very warm). I think this is very important here. When I traveled to Europe and Japan before, many hotels were old hotels, but they were cleaned very cleanly and still lived very comfortably. Although I didn't take a bath in the hotel's bathtub, I soaked my feet and it was very comfortable hahahaha. The hot water came quickly and it was very comfortable to take a bath. I stayed there the next day. The mood is the most important thing when going out to play, and I must stay comfortably. Service: The hotel's service is OK. The housekeeper Darcy is responsive, and the big sister who cleans the room is also very nice, very quick and polite.

A trip without much planning after the Spring Festival holiday... The high school student said he wanted to go to Yunnan. On the first day of arrival, there were so many people that I felt short of breath😱😱😱 Fortunately, the GO team was very helpful and enthusiastic as always👍👍👍 But the staff shortage was really really really😮💨😮💨😮💨 The shows every night were also wonderful, the jokes were hilarious, and the talented ones screamed constantly It felt like there were very few activities for teenagers, and the children made a group of good friends from GO. The village chief was enthusiastic, Phoebe and Ron from the sports department were professional enough, and everyone was very likable. There was also the bar manager Lina's versatility, and the trapeze team💪💪💪 was ​​like an acrobatic troupe, so excellent👍👍👍, we played at the foot of the snow-capped mountains for a few days, and also went to the ancient town.
