Outstanding Hotel I must give 5 stars A hotel with a the most beautiful view with bathtub. The service from the hotel staff took care of us greatly. The facilities in the hotel are complete, worthy of a five-star hotel. The view from our room is the most beautiful. You can clearly see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain both in the morning and evening. All the staff are helpful in every way. They recommend good local restaurants and take us to there and the old town. They also send us to the train station. Everything we got from this hotel is perfect and excellent. If anyone is looking for a hotel with a beautiful view of the Jade Dragon Mountain, you must book this hotel. It is a five-star beauty. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend MountainTrip Resort. I give 5 stars for this hotel ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hotel staffs were really friendly and welcoming, and even arranged for a pick up service from the train station on the day of our check-in. We booked the room with the bathtub facing Yulong Snow Mountain and to be honest, it’s the best hotel experience we ever had! The view is unmatched to anything else we have seen, and the best thing is that it’s just in the comfort of our own room. Beside our balcony is a viewing point for the other guests of the hotel, so you can definitely hear guests speaking from the balcony all just enjoying the sunrise view. The hotel staff also arranged for transportation to Baisha Ancient Town on our first day and allowed us to check in early, which is something we really appreciate as we were tired from traveling. They also allowed us a late check out on our last day. We were also very thankful to Chen shuai ge who helped us with the booking of the tickets to Yulong Snow Mountain, although we ended up not going due to change in itinerary. Thank you for the warm welcome and we will definitely be back!

This is by far our favourite hotel in Yunnan! The hotel has a very nice view of the yulong mountain and is new and clean. Service from the staff is so far the best, you dont have to worry about anything when you stay here. They provide shuttle to baisha town and even to other places for us as we are not faniliar with the surroundings. They even arrange pick up n drop off for us from the airport hence it was really a stressless trip. Regret that we didnt stay longer as the kids had a great time playing with the ponies and goats. Morning breakfast is delicious too. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful to ensure your stay here is memorable. They also helped to arrange a horse riding session at yuhu and it was such a great experience!

We were initially staying at a large Hyatt brand hotel in Lijiang, and wanted to experience these up and coming boutique, modern style hotels. So my comparison is against the traditional big name hotels with similar price points. Pros: 1. Interesting design, bathroom right by the window 2. Great service, you can contact them easily and they are always free to have a conversation with you 3. Free flow drinks and snacks 4. Free car service to nearby towns 5. Cute open farm where you can feed and play with goats, ponies and even dogs. Cons: 1. Open concept lobby. Was freezing when having my breakfast. 2. Breakfast only starts at 8:30am, with limited options. You don’t get to enjoy the buffet style of large hotels. 3. Had trouble figuring out how to turn on heating, so was absolutely freezing in the room. 4. Room Design didn’t translate into practicality. Didn’t enjoy the open concept toilet. But this is contentious, and really up to individual preference. But I didn’t get the luxury experience I was looking for. 5. Lack of privacy: we booked the room with a large hot tub with Mountain View. However it is also facing the farm and being on the second floor. Anyone can easily look up and see us in the bath tub. While there is no one playing at night, we were only limited to night time baths which was a waste as we wouldn’t be able to enjoy the view in the day time. Overall, while I enjoyed the personalized and impeccable service (comparable to Aman hotels and expensive Maldives resorts), I just feel like the hotel being new, has a few teething issues it needs to resolve. I would argue that it is also an individual’s personal preference. For me, they shared the same price point with the large luxury brands in the area, but I just did not get the luxury experience from the room and hotel’s design. Their room design seem to heavily focus on aesthetics but not really functionality for their guests.

This was by far our best stay in China. The room was sparkling clean, with an exceptional view of the mountains. We enjoyed a relaxing bath while watching the fire. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the tranquility of the place was perfect. The room had everything we needed including a nice projector to watch movies after a day outside. The staff were the most welcoming and friendly people we've ever encountered in our travels around the world, ensuring our stay was truly memorable. Thank you for everything !

I have been here for four days. Under the snow-capped mountains, facing a pastoral field, the lovely Paul, Pineapple (horse) and a group of lovely young people, good service, never-ending supply of drinks, good breakfast, very homely feeling, if there is a chance, I will continue to come here to waste time.

Can I give 10 stars? 🌟 We booked the big room and the staff were very helpful and attentive. They helped us carry our luggage up the stairs and were always ready to help us. There was also coffee tea and hot milk every day. There was a big area to take pictures and the kids could run around. It snowed during our stay in Lijiang and we ended up taking a lot of pictures haha. Recommended❤️❤️

It's so beautiful here. The food is good, the people are good, and the environment is good. We all love it. Highly recommended❕ 😍😍😍 There are also travel photography and cute little animals 🥹 You must come to see the sunrise on Jinshan Mountain ⛰️🤭

The perfect and thoughtful service and facilities are obviously the summary after practice, which makes us willing and hope to stay quietly in the hotel. The hotel has a perfect view of Yulong Mountain, peaceful natural scenery, ponies and lambs, photographers, and affordable home-cooked meals that you can't eat in Baisha Town. Super delicious!!! Looking forward to seeing the baby and husband/wife soon~

Very pleasant stay experience, the room is spacious, clean and hygienic, lying on the bed to see the snow-capped mountains and the sunrise, the location is excellent, the staff are a group of enthusiastic young people, the housekeeper Xiaoxiang is very meticulous and thoughtful, the photographer in charge of taking pictures is not known, but he is also very patient to take pictures of the children, the rice noodles for breakfast are also delicious, I will recommend it to my friends

[Room🏠] The room is clean and tidy. There is also a nice smell of incense. The room is also very large. The most favorite is the super large terrace where you can see the snow mountain. [Service🧍🏻♀️🧍🏻] The hotel's housekeepers are really very careful and responsible, gentle and enthusiastic. [Food🍲] The dishes in the hotel restaurant are delicious and the price is very conscientious. There are many breakfast styles, the coffee is delicious, the dishes are beautiful, and the taste is also superb. I really recommend it! ! I really want to stay in this homestay for a month! !

The view from the room is super beautiful, but the weather is bad, but you can see the snow-capped mountains🏔️. The housekeeper provides super super super good service, very detailed, and handles problems quickly. The hotel afternoon tea is delicious. The breakfast is very rich. The hotel has lambs and ponies Pineapple and Paul, and you can feed fruits and take beautiful photos. Very good holiday experience, very suitable for escaping from the big city. The hotel can charter a car to the arcade and Baisha Ancient Town, which is very convenient for family travel.
