Staff was great, room was clean, and bed and linens were comfy, and the breakfast was tasty. The only complaint I have was their pet area. It was full of foxtail and burrs. Not very kind to a pets fur or paws. I wore sandles and even had burrs in my feet.

I've stayed here many times, and this place is just getting VERY run down. The good: The location is easily accessible, and surprisingly the rooms are quiet. The nitty gritty: the place is run down. Everything is rather dingy. The carpeting is stained and dirty. The front desk area feels like you are checking into a sleezy hotel. The breakfast is a joke - prepackaged muffins, nothing seemed freshly prepared. I'm used to Comfort Inn being a step above the "budget" hotels. This one doesn't quality. It feels more like a place where rooms are rented by the hour. Choice Hotels needs to upgrade this place a bit to bring it up to standards.

Clean, quiet and pet friendly ! The pool looked inviting despite the heat and sunlight- no shade by pool. The rooms were clean and A/C worked well! The room chair cloth was dated and could use a change but sheets were clean and mattress was comfy.

Not as advertised. NO RV OR BUS PARKING as listed. Please remove that from amenities list!!!! The parking lot is the size of a postage stamp. The pool is next to a fast food drive through. Not really family friendly feeling.

shower head was hard to work and low water Presher the mattress was way to soft hard to get out of bed.

For the love of all that is holy, just stay somewhere else. This ‘hotel’ is tucked between the highway and a Taco Bell. Just a short walk up the street is a large homeless camp. There is no elevator, so you have to lug your suitcase up some nasty cement steps. At first our room looked Ok, but the chair was dirty and worn and the bathroom deficient. The shower knob was broken, there was hair and gunk in the sink overflow. The only plus was a reasonably comfortable bed that looks like it was clean. The neighborhood is really scary and you probably shouldn’t venture out at night.

Ive been to 3 different hotels in Yreka. This one was the best, price was great. Quite. Clean. Super comfortable bed. Didnt understand how Roku on the TV works. That was our only problem. Next time we're going through there, thats where we'll stay. We would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place in Yreka.

We had to carry our bags up 3 flights of stairs; no elevator. Area around hotel was unsafe. We will not be staying there again.

The property was not clean outside of the room and building. The window drapes were old and did not cover the windows properly. The parking lot lights kept the room so bright that we were unable to sleep. Over all the stay was uncomfortable and not worth the price. Your reviews on the property rated it at 8.8 and that rating was very misleading. I would rate the property at a 2 and will not recommend it to anyone.

Located adjacent to I-5 it has easy access. The outside is in poor condition, particularly the parking area and entrance--quite dirty and unkempt. The lobby is just a tiny area with a counter. The room however was large, clean and comfortable, despite the large container crate parked outside the 1st floor windows. The breakfast offered much better options than higher quality hotels, even though there is only room for 8 people to sit down. For the price this hotel is definitely for budget travelers & those who can ignore the shabby public areas.

Sorry. This place screams old and needs repair asap. Beds are so uncomfortable and you could hear next room guess turning on the bed. Thanks goodness that’s all he did, cause literally could hear a single movement.

Property was sufficient--staff was very kind and attentive. We appreciated their patience and care.
