The hotel provides good service and close proximity to attractions. I like that the hotel provides customers to take the necessary packets of lotion, facial wash etc accordingly to one’s needs from the lobby.

The location is good, the staff is helpful.

it was excellent

The hotel is in the best position where it's right next to JR and downstair it is a mall with coffee shops, supermarket and apparel shops. The room is considered relatively large in Japan.

Good location. On the "outskirts" of the Minatomirai area but the cable cars were just outside that could take you over there easy. Links to skybridge to get you around the Minatomirai area was also right there. If you want to explore "old town", to the other side was the older town and so really gave you the best of both worlds

Very close to station. Value for money and cheaper than hotel in Tokyo

The location is good which is near to the train station Shopping & dining nearby Parking nearby commercial building but the charge is high (2800 yen per night during weekends) However the price was a bit high (maybe it is near Christmas time) Lobby is small & there is a restaurant in the hotel However the restaurant is crowded during rush hours (after 9 am) Visitors need to wait over 15 mins

It is a cleanliness and nice service hotel. Just beside Sakuragicho-Stop and air cabin. Nearby red brick warehouse and cup noodle museum. We definitely will book it again for next visit Yokohama

Parking a little bit problem because elevator no service in particular period.

Nearby shopping area with tourist spots around. Don’t miss the cup noodles museum.

Good location for Haneda

We stayed a night before heading to Hakone. Our flight arrived really late but we still managed to find plenty of options within 10min walking distance. Room size is standard. Nice view from the room. Above average breakfast buffet. Good English speaking staffs! Good value!
