The location of hotel is nearby main street of Malioboro. The workers here very friendly!

This hotel is just a stone throw away from the train station. If you are a light sleeper, may not be suitable as you will hear train passing by on/off. The sound proofing of the room is not good. From the exterior, the hotel looks well maintained; the interior actually quite dated. You can hear next door neighbour hanging clothes and doors closing and opening. The room is comfortable and clean (as they are not using carpet). The cleanliness in the toilet needs to be improved. Found some ants at the sink but can't find where ants came from. The downside of the shower area is that there is no shower curtain; therefore the floor can be quite wet after shower. The breakfast spread is quite good, with lots of local food. Staff are very polite and welcoming 👍

Quite satisfying year-end holiday trip with family. Unfortunately the size of the twin bedx is small.

A very pleasant experience 2 days 2 nights staying at Riss Malioboro Hotel.. Super friendly service, clean and classy place, complete facilities and very well maintained, very tasty and varied food, strategic location close to Malioboro and Yogyakarta station.. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.. Next time if there is a chance to go to Jogja again, it is very likely that I will stay at Riss Malioboro Hotel again.. For the future, I will not stay here again. The experience was not pleasant, the elevator sensor was not sensitive enough, my child was trapped in the elevator door when I was going up to the 2nd floor, even though there were 2 officers guarding the elevator. It was really traumatic.

It's not far from the train station but not too close either. It's OK to walk there empty-handed but a bit difficult to drag luggage.

Very close to everything, with a cozy atmosphere and quite pleasant for a vacation with family.

Location near train station and Malioboro street. Super complete breakfast menu.

Everyone was friendly and pleasant, except for the one problem I had while checking in.

The price corresponds to the quality..the employees are all very friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious..

The staff were very nice. At breakfast, one time a cockroach came out of the coffee shop, the staff got rid of it and continued as if nothing happened. And the other time the milk at the machine was spoiled.

Just a good a hotel with good food in the morning and in the evening, the rooms are clean and equipped if what you need. The arrival is really great, very nicely done with the hospitality you really get everywhere in Indonesia ☺️. You are close to the train station which is convenient but also really causes some noise. Highly recommended if you're in the area
