酒店佈置很美，好像世外桃源一樣身處竹海景區，梅雨季節還能看見山上煙霧繚繞。早餐很符合口味，送的小點心和夜宵也很好吃，小朋友非常喜歡，很適合家庭出遊

管家服務非常貼心，不想出門，三餐都是在民宿裏享用的，醃篤鮮和老母雞湯絕絕子，湯汁濃郁，鮮香四溢，每鍋都見底了。酒店選址不錯，就在竹海邊上，房間和公共區域細節處處都是景，適合不想出門泡酒店的懶人，賞竹，聽風，品茗，放空…

很棒的體驗，入住前會有管家添加微信，適逢淡季能做到有求必應，帶了小朋友提前入住了也免費升級了房間，有歡迎小甜點和餅禮送到房間，還送了我們鹵煮和涼皮味道非常好，晚上過了八點牛奶送到房間。因為下午下雨了小朋友沒地方玩，臨時給我們安排了工作人員來教我們做紫砂壺，做的紫砂壺給我們帶回家了。採摘活動因為下雨沒去成退房的時候送了我們一筐楊梅。早餐也太豐盛了，總之很值得住一晚。酒店合作的旅拍免費送四張，我們體驗了一下，拍的還不錯。

同類的酒店住了不少，但這次真的是妥妥超預期的。奢侈民宿的建築設計和硬件設施肯定都是無可挑剔的。可是語自在細緻入微，恰到好處的服務，真是超出預期的。看到網上很多評論酒店飯菜一般的，但我真是覺得他們家的菜品是直沖天靈蓋的水準啊～到酒店的桂花茶沁人心脾，別緻的楊梅是酒店自己楊梅樹上採摘的。中餐對説是簡餐，但感覺菜式多到可以吃兩頓。下午阿姨的點心，晚上送來的熱牛奶還有跟滿漢全席一樣的早餐，所有的所有，都是超預期的！
