The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure a great stay, despite limited English proficiency. They helped me get around the city, find an adapter for my European plugs, and did everything they could to accommodate my needs. The only downside was the hotel's location, which felt a bit removed from the main attractions. However, the exceptional service more than made up for the not-so-ideal location, so I would highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding customer care.

The room is very clean, the facilities are new, and the environment is very comfortable. It's a pity that there is no dry and wet separation, but it dries very quickly. What's amazing is that the material of the disposable shoes is very good, better than some hotel chains. The bedding is also very good, which greatly improves the quality of sleep. Although there are many cars on the road and it is noisy, it improves a lot after closing the windows. Opposite is the passenger terminal, and you can take the Sailimu Lake bus in less than five minutes' walk. There is a bus stop downstairs that delivers goods to Hanren Street for 1 yuan. There is Internet-famous Pepper Moji in the alley next door. You can walk to Liuxing Street. The location is really great! But there is no laundry room, you must unlock the manual laundry skill XD

The Yixiang Hotel in Yining is located opposite the Zhouzhou Long-distance Bus Station, a ten-minute walk from Liuxing Street. There are parking spaces at the door on a first-come, first-served basis. The best thing is the geographical location, it is very convenient to go everywhere, taxis are cheap in Yili, and there are buses at the door. The hotel does not provide breakfast, but fortunately there is a breakfast shop next door. The room is very clean, disposable toilet seats are provided, and the sound insulation is very good. The design of the bathroom shower is rather strange. There is no glass door or shower curtain. The bathroom is filled with water when I take a shower.

I went out for a run at around 6 o'clock and expected to return to the hotel at around 7 o'clock. Since I only had one card, I was worried that the card would cut off the power and the air conditioner would stop affecting my wife and children's rest, so I decided not to bring the card with me. When I came back, I asked the front desk to help open the door. Back to the hotel at 15:00, there was no one at the front desk, which was normal (after all, there is a time difference between Xinjiang and the mainland). The security guard at the door asked what happened. I said there was no card, and he said he would open the door for me. I said thank you. Then I entered the elevator. In the elevator, the security guard gave me a serious lesson: "It's so early and I don't bring my card with me. Don't others want to take a break? Think about it for others, really!" The exact words are word for word. . I think what he said is correct, but when I thought about it, I was staying in a hotel. It was after seven o'clock, and I needed service at the front desk, so I was given a lecture. There is no water curtain in the shower and the water is not flowing smoothly. As soon as I take a shower, the water is all over the place, making it impossible to use the bathroom. The whole bathroom is unusable.

There is a parking lot at the door, but there are not many parking spaces. Contact the store in advance and they will reserve a parking space for you.

The location is good. The breakfast shop downstairs is good, with rich varieties and delicious taste. You can also pack it up and eat it on the way. It’s not far from Liuxing Street and you can walk there!
