My stay at Time Hotel & Tours was truly exceptional. The hotel provided everything we needed, including towels, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and even flip-flops, which was a thoughtful touch. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The hotel itself was very quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep after long days of exploring. One of the highlights was the beautiful terrace. My wife and I would sit there in the evenings when we didn’t want to go out or spend money. The terrace is beautifully designed, and it was such a great spot to unwind and enjoy the night air together. The staff were always friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was also perfect—close to everything we wanted to see, yet tucked away enough to offer a sense of calm. I highly recommend Time Hotel & Tours for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and affordable place to stay with a touch of charm.

I had an amazing stay at Time Hotel & Tours! After reading some of the reviews, I’m honestly shocked because my experience was fantastic. This place is CHEAP, yet it offers great value for the price. The rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Unlike some of the more expensive hotels just a few meters away that have no windows, this place has large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The beds are huge and incredibly comfortable. The staff are simply AMAZING—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. For the price, you really can’t beat the quality of service and accommodations here. I highly recommend Time Hotel & Tours to anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet excellent stay!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. 1 star is generous. The hotel is not as pictured or advertised. It is surrounded by very run down apartments that should be condemned. There is trash surrounding the exterior that you have to walk through. The rooms and bedding are old and dingy. The plumbing smells moldy. The owners have shady practices and lack integrity. There is hardly anyone at the front desk. You are pretty much left on your own the whole time. We booked for 3 nights and checked out after the first night. There’s so much more I’d like to tell you about this hotel but it’s too long to post on here. Bottom line, there are plenty of other hotels and Airbnb’s in Yerevan. Please save yourself the headache and avoid this one!!
