Outdated rooms and smelly all over the hotel. Couldn’t have breakfast because of the unbearable smell of ammonium. Would not recommend.

Easy check in, the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The tv remote was not operating correctly so I called the front desk and a person came within 5 minutes and got it reprogrammed within a minute and all was good.
The breakfast included was great!
I would recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again.

While this is an older hotel the carpeting and paint in my room were fresh and the towels were very nice. The staff were all very friendly.

Typical Best Western. We usually only stay at Best Western in the south due to exterior corridors. This was a better one then most as the stairs and walkways were covered and out of the rain. We were pleased to find USB ports in the room. We would prefer a desk over the sofa and not fond of the bathroom set up but again all Best Westerns are set up this way. Breakfast mediocre but okay. I think that this was a better than average BW.

We received a call at 23h00 to see if the room was ok and everything ok ? We were asleep.i asked why calling at this hour ? Tje guy hang up on the phone ibstead of making dome excuses.

Staff at check in very pleasant and explained everything. Rooms were as to be expected. Looks like new carpet was recently installed. Bathrooms need updated but still workable. Beds were comfortable and rooms looked clean. However I found a sock laying on the chair in the room. Pool water was warm but be prepared it is chilly when you get out and you go outside to get to your room. Breakfast had quite a few options. Would stay again.
