+ Generally Tunisia is quite a dirty place, but Hammamet and Vincci Saphir Palace is a clean, nice hotel to spend time at. Great variety of delicious food and drinks at the bar, both in the lobby and at the pool. Really polite and friendly staff, they do their best to please their guests. Awesome pool, very clean and spacious. - There is lack of animation in the afternoon. Although animation team is doing their best (especially Marcello), music ends at 11pm. The place is also some kind of sanatorium??, so that's probably the reason, for sure it's not animators fault. Also we booked 3-persons room and we found only 2 beds as soon as we entered the room and it took the staff several hours to give us the third bed, but luckily everything ended well :) Overall we really appreciated our stay at the Vincci Saphir Palace, but we would rather acknowledge it as 4****. Greeting from happy guests from Poland. We already miss our holidays. :))))))))))))))))))

This hotel has a few advantages including the location which is accessible to the beach and Carthage land , the rooms are spacious and confortable, the covered pool is acceptable too. We have some comments regarding the dining in the main restaurant, the food in the buffet is average with limited choices, the staff are rude and not welcomed, the dessert section is very poor using very bad quality, the buffet is never filled up once is over. The lighting in the hotel lobby is dark and they cut it off at late night, there is no animation in the evening except once a big group came on Saturday, they called one guy to play with organ until 11 PM. The hotel is totally far from 05 stars category and deserve to be only 03 stars . The car parking is located at the back of the hotel and seems to be like a factory parking entrance. My advise is to avoid staying in this hotel and try something else.

Delicisious drinks by Hamza the best waiter here. Everything was good ,people in hotel are nice and kind everytime u see them, food are okey and pool has the best vibe round here. Sea was bit dirty but thats not hotel fault.

The hotel is comfortable , clean and beautiful . The staff is always smiling and the bartenders at the bar know exactly what to offer you. The food is of a high standard and the staff are always on hand . Only the beach is quite dirty from algae and plastic

the hotel had no air conditioning. it didn't work at all. not great when it's in the 80's (high 20's C) at night. I asked for someone to fix it, the staff said all rooms are like this. In the advertisement they said they did have air conditioning. It was also a dirty hotel room that wasn't well laid out. I'd advocate avoiding this place.
