I stayed here with my child. I didn't notice that it was a room without window when I first booked it. I paid the difference at the front desk and upgraded to a room with window. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. There are robots in the lobby and Xiaodu in the room. The child played with Xiaodu all the time. The front desk service was thoughtful and gave us snacks when we checked out. The child liked it very much. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Yantai next time.

The overall design style of the hotel is very unique. I liked it at first sight. When I entered the hotel, every staff member greeted me warmly. Haonan, the front desk check-in person, was very enthusiastic. Secondly, I also liked the room I booked. The dressing table is very large. For girls, there is no need to worry about not being able to put down their cosmetics. Bathrobes and electronic scales are thoughtfully prepared at the entrance of the room. It is very thoughtful and the details are well done. I will continue to choose this hotel when I come to Yantai in the future.

Great location for beautiful ocean views and ocean side walks. We can see the ocean from our balcony. Breakfast was delicious and lots of variety for only $5. Parking is free and easy. Staff are super friendly. hotel provides free clothes washing soap and offer free clothes dryer services which is a greatly helpful when most hotels do laundry services for a super high fee. Only downside was that the ac was not cold enough and it was centrally controlled therefore we could only adjust the fan power but not the room temperature. But overall a very good value for what we get.

I took my family to Yantai to live in this hotel on the sixth day of the new year. The experience was very good. If it weren't for the trip, I would like to stay for another night. First of all, the price is really very affordable. The twin room is large in size, the decoration is very high-end, and it is very clean. The supplies are all complete. There is also ai butler Xiaodu who can tell stories to children, intelligent control home, etc. And the hotel has a few small parks, especially beautiful after the snow, very close to the bus station and the coastline, to the city attractions to take a taxi is the most expensive no more than 15 yuan, very convenient. And the next day, the snow hotel also delayed the check-out time for free, let us pack things, if we have the opportunity to come to Yantai in summer, we will stay!

The room facilities are quite complete and very clean. The lady at the front desk is very friendly. The location is good and the price is very suitable. When you leave the hotel, you can see the Moon Bay and the East Fort Scenic Area on one side, and the trestle on the other side. I saw a lot of people while walking. I was catching the sea with a bucket. It felt like it would be nice to bring the kids as the weather got warmer.

The waiter was very enthusiastic and had a good attitude ~ the bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was clean and hygienic. We stayed in the Brigh Radiance for 6 nights. It was a very nice experience. The front desk lady LanLan was helpful and super friendly. Other staff members in the lobby and the 2nd floor restaurant are nice too. The hotel has a wonderful location with the beautiful ocean view. The food and the restaurant in the hotel are nice too. The hotel provides water, juice, snacks and has everything we needed including the sewing kit. Great location, nice staff and good food!

Front desk Mr Zhao was very helpful and knowledgeable about Yantai . He had given us some great information on how to go about the area and thing to do. Thumbs up Perfect location to shopping mall and walkable to Yantai San and coastal line .

The hotel is very nice! It's just above Wanda Plaza, and downstairs is the snack street. The food is economical and affordable! Walking 300 meters to the east is Suocheng, and further north is Chaoyang Street and Yantai Mountain Lighthouse! It is also very close to Yantai Railway Station! The hotel service is very good. I forgot the amulet when I checked out, but the hotel proactively contacted me and mailed it back!
