I've been to Yangzhou several times for business reasons but by far my stay at this hotel has been the best. The hotel is quite new and has great facilities. The rooms are big and perfect for working and the breakfast buffet and fitness room are great additions. I want to make a very special remark on the outstanding customer care service delivered by Miss.Nancy ( the front desk manager). Her top quality help provided in order to overtake all the language barriers has made our business trip the most comfortable one so far. We will have to go back Yangzhou in the future again and from now on this hotel is going to be our first choice for sure.

I had a very good stay in this hotel.  Most of the time, Mrs. Yao Zhang, who I think was the manager of the hotel, stood in front and always tried to meet the needs of the guests, and I was very impressed by her good behavior.  Everything in the hotel was great.  Breakfast was good.  The hotel staff were very polite and helpful in all departments.  I have been to many hotels in Yangzhou, but this one was exceptionally well managed.

Location is good but the difficult to get into the hotel as cars were parking outside blocking the entrance. Check in was easy, room was clean and tidy but would prefer a bit of view at windows

The hotel was closer to the Yangzhou East Railway Station and has access to a lot of venues and places of interests. The rooms were well appointed and clean. Most of all, the staff were gracious in extending any assistance that we required.

約了幾個家庭親子旅行，高鐵站希爾頓是所有揚州希爾頓性價比最高的。 自駕所以住的位置不需要市區，又帶着孩子們，想要房間環境好，服務貼心周到的，對比後選擇了高鐵站這家希爾頓。 接待主管：小凡和前台接待小翟，特別nice，不但升了房，還給3個娃送了早餐。 我點了外送咖啡沒標註房號，外送小哥也聯繫不上我，前台很細心查詢到是我點的。 希爾頓的環境本身就好，無需再強調了。每一位的服務都特nice，強烈推薦入住。

希爾頓的品質對得起價格，前台服務不錯，主動升級了房間，房間設施總體滿意，美中不足是衞浴間偏小，配了智能馬桶，有加熱清洗功能，就是沖水還要手動，位置不算很市中心，自駕的話到各景區也不遠

新，乾淨，設計合理，房間很大，窗户很大，空調很好，早餐很好，服務合心，設施完備高端，隔音非常好，大床很舒服。感謝入住當晚服務的兩個前台小哥，其中一個捲毛小哥這幾天一直提供很好的服務，還有今天的前台小凡和小紫。

帶着長者孩子一大家子開車到揚州玩，選了在全國各地都住過多次的希爾頓歡朋，這家也不例外地獲得了全家的贊同。房間很大，兩大兩小輕輕鬆鬆。最讚的是酒店的服務，前台的小凡小紫兩位美麗大方的小姐姐，熱情周到，臨走時給孩子送了小玩具小零食，還特意給長者帶上了足夠的水路上喝。時值新年給我們送了酒店準備的新年紅禮包，特別是入住跨除夕，酒店專門到每個房間送了熱乎乎的揚州湯圓，賓至如歸的感覺！還有早餐很豐盛，一如我住過的每家歡朋，對帶孩子的家庭也很友好，沒有多收早餐錢，以後還會繼續支持歡朋！

房間正常、服務人員也保持一貫的較高水準、這個好評主要是給前台工作人員、房間本來是兩份早餐又買了份、前台看還有一個小朋友、就送了一份、平心而論老闆要感謝前台的觀察和處理問題能力、否則下次不來住、因為早餐太差了、建議老闆去呼和浩特和其他城市的歡朋看看、尤其是呼市的、人家的早餐是對得起這個價格、咱這個實在是有點水、因為下次還想來住、故提出建議

訂的希爾頓歡朋酒店，酒店開了三年多了，但是設備情況保護的很好，一進酒店前台就給送上了熱水，很暖心，覺得是冬天的温暖，且前台的小田又升級了房型並多贈送了一份小朋友的早餐，感到無比欣慰他們家的床品都很舒適。

這還是在揚州感覺性價比最好的一家酒店，來揚州閉着眼睛住，完全超過五星酒店，首先到前台辦理入住的時候就小凡就給我房間免費升級了一個採光超級好的房間，剛進房間機器人就送了水果來，房間的一次性用品質量很好，一次性拖鞋很厚，洗護用品也很好很衞生，是擠壓式的，看起來不是那種循環使用，用着很安全。
