Very Japanese style hotel and nice and quiet location. Room is very big for Tokyo standard . But is slightly less international, no options of foreign TV channel and some staff finds it hard to understand English. But will still definitely return.

Amazing stay . Suitable for guests who want to spend times at the hotel. Many art work and heritage decorations to appreciate. Amazing services.

Very beautiful, spacious and luxurious room and excellent service. It was a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back again. Was worried about the location but it is much more convenient than expected.

We had the best experience here! From the moment we walked in we here escorted by a friendly staff through to the check-in area. Walking through the elegant foyer of restaurants, the hotel even has an indoor Japanese garden with Koi fishes and a stunning Waterfall! We had such a big traditional Japanese room with its own spa and steam room too! The Executive lounge was beautiful with incredible food, breakfast, tea, pre-dinner canapés and cocktail hour. Not to mention the exceptional service. Highly Recommend, will definitely be back.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We have 3 dinners in hotel during birthday. However, no greeting or gesture from any of the hotel restaurant. It is really a very poor experience. I celebrate a lot of birthday at Ritz Carlton and Peninsula hotels, they provided good greeting. This time the experience is very disappointed. also the hotel point system is cheating . you earn no point even your spending in hotel without booking via web in advance! 生日期間我們在飯店吃了三頓晚餐。然而，酒店餐廳沒有任何問候或手勢。這確實是一次非常糟糕的經驗。我在麗思卡爾頓和半島酒店慶祝了很多生日，他們提供了很好的問候。這次的體驗非常失望。還有飯店的積分系統是作弊的。若不提前透過網路預訂，即使在飯店消費也無法賺取積分！

The best traditional and modern mixed Japanese hotel in Tokyo!

This was our second time at Gajeon and we believe she is always our first choice hotel when we travel to Tokyo. My family enjoyed the breakfasts. Hama steak house is fantastic too. We had an opportunity to visit the museum for the first time and it was an amazing experience. Recommended.

設施：設施非常完善，雖然酒店歷史久遠，但是設施很新，很全，不落後，標準國際5星，房子空間很大，浴室還有桑拿模式，蠻爽的！！ 衞生：一如既往的沒毛病！ 環境：環境沒毛病 服務：服務嘛，落後一點點吧，下車沒有行李小哥，走了很遠才有人推車出來（因為前台並不在酒店進門處，離得老遠了）走的時候，居然沒人管，目視你拖着大包小包走去酒店大門口，哈哈哈哈，辣雞呀！

設施：日式氣質塞滿了這個酒店的各個角落，也是日本人很認可的一家傳統酒店。成人禮，拍婚紗都喜歡在這裏。 服務：超級好，細節非常到位，我們出門，問好要不要打車？還是自己約了車？車牌號呢？ 衞生：很乾凈 環境：太好了，不敢想這裏櫻花季得多美

設施：離目黑站不遠 還算方便的 服務：服務超預期 入住退房都非常順利 到酒店的時候行李都已經放房間擺好 聖誕節還送了小禮物 酒廊小食和酒都很不錯 衞生：房間很好 在日本算很大的套房 我們帶小朋友 入住的時候已經鋪好孩子的床 床很舒服 有桑拿房 緩解一天疲勞 這次日本行程最滿意的酒店 可惜衹訂到兩晚 環境：日式風格 滿滿藝術氣息 園林景觀也很棒 遺憾的gallery假期閉館了 下次會再來

Красивый и необычный отель, по сути отеля там только 3 этажа, с утра и до вечера много офисных сотрудников и посетителей.  Номер просторный, чисто и комфортно. Завтраки вкусные 👍🏻 рядом магазины 24/7 и кафе. Рекомендую к посещению!
