Excellent hotel service wise. The staff is super friendly and courteous. Best staff I have encountered so far in china, right from cleaning staff to front desk, very cheerful and helpful. During check-in was immediately served water and while checking out even received a small gift. The staff personally sees off the guest to the taxi. 👍👍👍 The rooms are well equipped and comfortable for an overnight trip. Breakfast spread was standard and the food was very fresh and served hot. The roof top restaurant has a great view.

We were there 2 nights for business trip, the hotel front desk were amazing really they are great,also all staff they were very polite and kindness, the room clneas ,amenities, all things were good.we arrived late about 10 PM and they prepared to us a delicious noodles, also our ticket was 4 o'clock and we were tired the hotel let us be there till 3 pm instead of 12. We recommend this hotel to every one they are wonderful

The hotel room is very clean and cosy to stay. The location is also very convenient to travel around. The staffs especially Ms.Yue, Ms.Tong and the team are very warm, friendly and helpful. They even go extra miles of helping us in transport arrangement to the Train station and place of interest. Will come back and recommend friend to this hotel.

We were traveling with our two children, and the hotel had already prepared a cot for our daughter, ensuring that everyone had a comfortable place to rest. The room was equipped with a variety of drinks and plenty of water, which was much appreciated after a long journey. The internet connection was excellent, allowing us to stay connected with loved ones. Throughout our time at the Ramada Encore, what stood out the most was the exceptional friendliness of the staff members. They always greeted us with warm smiles and were genuinely interested in making our stay memorable. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly made a positive impact on our experience.
