A Magical Honeymoon in Yangshuo – Unforgettable Experience! Our honeymoon in Yangshuo was nothing short of magical! The scenery left us speechless—breathtaking mountains, serene rivers, and an atmosphere of pure tranquility. It felt like a dream come to life. The staff at our stay made the experience even more special. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and patient, always ensuring we had everything we needed. Despite the language barrier, they went above and beyond to assist us with warmth and understanding. The food was simply amazing! Every meal was a delight, and we truly enjoyed exploring the flavors of the region. The afternoon tea was a lovely touch, keeping us warm and relaxed as we soaked in the views. Plus, having fresh exotic fruits in our room at all times was such a thoughtful and refreshing treat. A special shoutout to Lynn—she is an absolute gem! Her hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. And a huge thank you to TiaTia for capturing stunning photographs of my wife—memories we will cherish forever. If you’re looking for a place that combines natural beauty, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere, this is it. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at Four Seasons Yunqi resort. The rooms are huge and the location is good. It’s just a short distance away from West street (Xijie) and the resort provides free shuttle to a few places including Xijie. The resort is still in the process of expanding so I believe it will be better in the months to come. A great shout out to the resort team serving the guests. We speak Mandarin so all is well but we are not sure if they can converse well in English though.

This hotel is perfect if you are an influencer because in this hotel everything looks so beautiful. The thing I was most impressed with was one of the drinks （within the afternoon tea service） they provide for free if stay in here. It is called the “after-raining” Yulong River. This drink has three layers which are tea, coffee, and cheezy cream. The way it mixes altogether seems exactly like the river. Beautiful and I loved it. The staff (her name is yuanyuan /xiao wei) was quite helpful. Arranged the baby's crib, and a wall thing under the mattress to prevent the baby fall off from bed as I asked. The hotel has a nice playground which my son loved. As I foreigner though there is not much staff fluent in English so if you cannot speak in Chinese, there are some times you might feel inconvenienced though. They provide us with free transportation service. So I used it to go to one of the sightseeing spots. The driver said he would pick me up at the same spot I got off but a different driver came so it took me a while to find the driver because the car was different. Therefore if you are not good at communicating in Chinese. Sometimes it is a hassle I would say. Also, the baby crib was a bit too small for my 90cm son. It was just the size they had.

The hotel is surrounded by nature, a little secluded and far off from the main streets. However, e-hailing taxi / Didi are very accessible and convenient. The hotel staff are very friendly and attentive but language barrier may be a challenge if you do not speak Chinese. Best to communicate via WeChat / translation app. The hotel consist of several buildings, with building 3 and 4 being the newest. Restaurant is located in building 1 which you will need to walk over the lawn, slight inconvenient if it’s raining. We had our meals at the hotel a couple of times and the food was good - only Chinese cuisine was served. Breakfast was decent. What we love was that there are several activities throughout the day organised by the hotel to keep the little ones occupied. And there are different play area in each building. If you are looking for peaceful serene stay that is also family friendly, this is the perfect place. Overall, would recommend this place to friends and family.

The stay at SYYF was one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. The room is cozy and spacious, with gorgeous floor to ceiling windows with a great view of the mountains. It’s also a hi tech smart room with a voice controlled assistant, Xiaodu, that can control the lights and open/shut the curtains (though it only understands Chinese). There’s also a cute tea set which is great for relaxing by the window. The room is equipped with AC and heat that works great, and the lights can go from bright to a dimmer evening mode, as well as sleep. We also got complimentary sodas, extremely cozy robes and nice house shoes for lounging. The breakfast is served 8-10AM is was definitely one of the best we have experienced in China while traveling. It was robust and offered both regional and western cuisine. There is a lot of ongoing construction on the street that the property is on so be careful. It may be a bit of traffic congestion due to large machines, however the noise was not heard from our room. It might be challenging for Didi drivers to access but there are also e-scooters for rent for about 30 yuan per day. The hotel is surrounded by mountains which are lit up at night for a gorgeous landscape at any time. The welcome photoshoot was fun, with traditional clothes you can borrow. We spent about 30-45 minutes using different props across 3 locations on the property, and got tons of photos that we loved. The staff is so accommodating and responsive and they helped with every little question. The bring lots of thoughtful small pleasantries which added a special touch and made us feel very cherished. They also offered a free shuttle for our departure ride to the train station at the end of our stay. We came in early January and the weather was chilly at night and pleasant during the day. With a jacket it’s not too bad and on a sunny day it’s pleasant with a cool breeze. We had a massage too, which you can order to your room or go to the spa which is close, and they provide shuttle service. The massage was good but a bit pricey even with the 50% off. There are less expensive places in the town not too far away. West street is a popular tourist spot which is also close, about 15-20 minutes away by e-scooter. There’s plenty of shopping, restaurants and a little night life, but we didn’t go out during this trip. 10/10 experience and I would definitely recommend staying here! I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when I come back to Yangshuo, and this place makes you REALLY want to come back!

This time on my trip, I chose to stay at this hotel. The stay experience far exceeded my expectations. It was simply a pleasant journey for both body and mind. The hotel is right by the Lijiang River. Standing on the balcony, you can enjoy the scenery of the Lijiang River. The architectural style of the hotel is unique. The decoration in the room is elegant, making people feel a warm and peaceful atmosphere. The service staff of the hotel are extremely warm and friendly. From check-in to check-out, every link makes me feel at home. In particular, the reception staff at the front desk are not only considerate in service but also very patiently answered all my questions. The hotel's facilities are very complete, with facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, and SPA, allowing me to maintain health and vitality even during my trip. I also participated in some special experience activities. For example, the SPA project reserved at the hotel made me completely relax. In general, this stay experience in Yangshuo, Guilin is extremely wonderful!

The closest viewing spot to the Yulong River, you can go ashore on a bamboo raft, plus the 270-degree panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows are unbeatable. The boss drove a business car to pick up and drop off, which was too hard. The service was very good. The toiletries and facilities inside were relatively high-end. There were Guilin rice noodles for breakfast, afternoon tea cakes, and sweet soup in the evening. The top floor is very suitable for taking pictures of the sunset. I hope to meet you again next time.

Unforgettable Stay at 聚龙小镇 I recently had the pleasure of staying at 聚龙小镇, and it was everything I hoped for and more! From the moment I arrived, the beautiful surroundings and luxurious ambiance set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The resort is located in a stunning area, surrounded by mountains. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and it truly felt like a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. My room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and offered a fantastic view of the mountains. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the hot tub. One of the highlights of my stay was the wide range of activities and amenities available. There is free photography offered and everyday high tea and supper, there was always something to do. Dining at 聚龙小镇was also exceptional. The on-site restaurants offered a variety of delicious options. The staff was incredibly attentive, making sure dinner was a memorable experience. I particularly enjoyed the fish and chicken. What truly made this stay special, however, was the exceptional service. Every staff member went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met and that I felt pampered throughout my visit. From the concierge who helped me plan excursions to the housekeeping team who kept my room spotless, the level of service was top-notch. Overall, my stay at 聚龙小镇exceeded all expectations, and I can’t wait to return. Whether you’re looking for relaxation, adventure, or simply a luxurious getaway, this resort offers it all. Loved it. They go above and beyond for what you pay for. We stayed in the lofted suit, perfect for 3 travelers. On the last day they gave us a late check out for a 5pm flight. Great location in yangshuo too. From what I've read, all the ”Things to do in Guilin” begin with driving 1.5hr to yangshuo. Glad we stayed here.

I must share it with everyone! 🌆The location is superb, it perfectly interprets what it means to be quiet in a bustling city. It is just a few steps away from the bustling West Street. If you want to eat, shop, and stroll, you can just lift your feet to get there. Go to West Street at night to feel the lively fireworks, and return to the hotel to quickly immerse yourself in the quiet atmosphere. It's really comfortable. 🏊♀️The hotel's supporting facilities are also great! Good news for families with children - there is a large children's playground with a full range of amusement facilities. As soon as the children enter, they have a lot of fun, freeing the hands of parents. Fitness enthusiasts can also sweat in the gym and keep the rhythm of exercise. There is also a thoughtful laundry room, which is a savior for those who are tired from the journey and don't want to wash clothes by hand. 🍰Afternoon tea time is a feast for vision and taste. Exquisite snacks, mellow drinks, and beautiful surrounding scenery make every frame as beautiful as a painting.
