We made a family trip to Yangshou/Guilin in Dec 2024. The food and services are commendable, and I highly recommend this luxury hotel to my friends.

Our butler at Jora Hotel contacted us prior to our arrival and arranged a birthday surprise for my mother. Service was excellent and we had a wonderful time there.

The service here is truly deserving of its five-star rating—prompt, attentive, and always eager to help. Every inquiry was answered swiftly, and the staff recommended some fantastic local spots to visit, enhancing our travel experience. The room exceeded all expectations, especially the cleanliness which was remarkable. The bathtub, strategically placed by a large window, was so immaculately clean it appeared brand new, adding a luxurious touch to our stay. Soaking in the tub while enjoying the breathtaking mountain views was a truly unique and relaxing experience. The room itself was quiet and cozy, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploration, with its soothing color palette and modern furnishings. The hotel's outdoor areas were equally impressive, featuring a spacious balcony and meticulously kept gardens that invited peaceful strolls or moments of relaxation. The lush greenery and neatly designed walkways contributed to the serene atmosphere of the hotel. Excellent service from Linda and others at the front desk. They reached out before we arrived to make sure we were set up, and helped us throughout our stay. They were always kind and friendly! The room was nice and great view. It was about a 20rmb taxi ride from West street and downtown activities.

Overall excellent stay, definitely worth coming back and staying here! Excellent service (it came with an assistant who is very responsive on WeChat) with great staff, really friendly and polite!

When we travel on vacation, we make selecting the right hotel our utmost priority. Even though we stayed at the Jora for one night because our transportation arrangement got canceled and we needed a place to stay an extra night, my beloved and me sort of regretted not stay at the Jora Hotel for our entire 3 nights in Yangshuo; our stay there was absolutely perfect in every aspect! The hospitality, cleanliness, the facilities, and breakfast has us desperately wanting to go back to Yangshuo just so we can spend a few more nights there. Thank you so much! M & S

The moment you step into Jiurang Hotel, it's like you've entered a flowing landscape painting. This residence, which perfectly combines natural aesthetics with modern design, leaves a deep impression with its silent warm service and unique ingenuity. The delicate service team is the most moving scenery here. There are little instructions before check-in, warm welcome and farewell at the door of the hotel like family, and meticulous care when encountering difficulties. During dinner at the hotel, it was rainy and we even served brewed ginger tea - this dedication beyond standardized service instantly dissipates the fatigue of the journey. The garden-like hotel is full of healing Easter eggs: two cute parrots will stop on your shoulders and talk to you; enjoy afternoon tea by the pond in the afternoon, the black swan's elegant cruising posture is like ballet; the lop-eared rabbit family jumping on the lawn makes the whole space full of childlike vitality. What's more rare is that these cute pets are all taken care of, which shows the hotel's respect and care for life. The restaurant's products and hidden menus satisfy the originally picky taste buds. Breakfast and dinner are all settled in the hotel. The breakfast menu is full of ritual. What's more surprising is that the a la carte menu continues until 11 o'clock. After waking up naturally, you can enjoy brunch in front of the window view like an ink painting. Even lunch is solved poetically. When leaving the hotel, you will also receive thoughtful fruits and raincoats. This is probably the charm of Jiurang - not only providing a place to rest, but also weaving unforgettable emotional ties with spiritual details. After all, in a busy journey, it is a rare fate to meet such a place of residence that understands both the wind and the moon and the human heart.

This time when I came to Yangshuo, I made the right choice to stay at Yangshuo Jiurang Hotel! The hotel is located high in the mountains of Yangshuo, Guilin, overlooking the sunrise of Dongling in the east and the Li River in the west. It also cleverly avoids the noisy city, and you can enjoy the tranquility in the natural landscape. The room is spacious and bright, and the karst landforms and beautiful sunsets outside the window are never boring. The hardware facilities in the room are also luxurious, with Bulgari toiletries, Dyson hair dryers, and even the tea bags are TWG, with full details. Next time I come to Yangshuo, I will definitely stay here again!

😊I have to give a big thumbs up to Yangshuo Jiurang Hotel! As the only SLH member hotel in Guangxi, it really deserves the title. In terms of geographical location, it is only a 10-minute drive from West Street, which is convenient for travel and quiet in the bustling city. The hotel perfectly integrates cultural aesthetics with the local customs of Yangshuo. Even the flower art is done by the same flower artist as Aman Tokyo, and the artistic atmosphere is full. The room configuration is superb, and it is comfortable and safe to live in.

Jiurang is really a good hotel that I didn't expect in Yangshuo. The hotel has a good location, beautiful scenery and is quiet. Every staff member is very responsible in their service. A staff member at the front desk was afraid that I couldn't find it, so he sent me to the trail by the Li River to exercise in the morning. The hotel's restaurant is also very delicious. Every dish ordered on two days is delicious. The breakfast tastes very good, and the rice noodles for breakfast are delicious. The hotel's terrace is very beautiful to watch the sunrise in the morning. You can watch the sunrise and have a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery of Yangshuo in the morning. The three little rabbits in the hotel are very much loved by children. The hotel has a small pond where you can fish.
