Excellent service, front deck staff is very patient explaining all the procedures to enter their onsen So much fun to have private onsen experience Good experience to stay in tatami room They also provide Kaiseki for dinner👍

Comfortable and relatively inexpensive hotel. Although the premises are clearly not modern, everything is good, solid, nothing is broken. Gorgeous private free rotenburo. Dinner is very tasty, filling, varied. Free transfer to the bus station. Attentive staff. We are very pleased with our stay in this place. If we are ever lucky enough to get to Zao, we will gladly stay in this fabulous place again. Thank you very much!

It's a bit far from Zao Onsen and the cable car station. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the cable car station. Fortunately, you can reserve a hotel bus. The hotel has 5 private hot springs, all of which are open-air hot springs.

It was our first time to stay in a hot spring hotel and it gave us a very good experience. We went to 5 hot springs. The visual scenery of each hot spring was super good. The room was spacious and clean. The only disappointment was that the food needed to be improved.

The whole building was under construction and it was also a very old and worn out facility. twin bed. The room was cold and dingy, so the heater had to be turned on all the time. Dinner is shabby and there is nothing to eat. You can request yakiniku for an extra fee. Dinner drink Nomihodai 1,500 yen extra The breakfast menu is the same for 3 days 2 nights, and there is really nothing to eat for dinner. There is a convenience store within a 15-minute walk to buy a sandwich. The facilities are outdated and the dinner is a mess, but the hot spring water is the best You can reserve a family bath and use it for free.

The room was too big and I felt a little cold, but the staff was very kind, the food was delicious, they gave me one more bottle of milk after the hot spring, and the private open-air bath and the large public bath were great.

A pet-friendly hotel located in a high location slightly away from the main area of ​​Zao Onsen. The view from the hotel is great, and the hotel grounds include Heidi's swing, hammock, footbath, and dog run. The guest rooms are divided into those for dockers and those for general guests, and the restaurant is the same. There are 7 open-air baths, including paid ones. The public baths are not very large, but there is one for men and women. The hot spring was a bit cloudy and was 100% pure water without adding water, making it very pleasant. After taking a bath, we were given local milk. It was delicious milk. I would like to visit the hot springs again, but it's a little too far away. At dinner, you can enjoy a free drink for 1,500 yen. There are many places that require a whole group to use, but I was surprised that it was OK even if you were alone! did. Pet fee is 1500 yen. I was satisfied with most of the items I needed.
