Sepasang pemilik yang sangat bertanggung jawab (diatur dengan bijaksana seperti layanan concierge / pendayung hotel mewah), fasilitas baru: AC, ikat pinggang (pintu kasa juga rapi dan bebas serangga), toilet (handuk) saya ubah ke pola yang berbeda / warna setiap hari), dan itu adalah tempat yang aman dan nyaman untuk tinggal. Most kind, friendly and helpful host I have ever seen. The pair of couple have provided numerous of support throughout our short stay while being very amiable. They even drove us to a supermarket and helped us make an appointment to a restaurant. The room is spacious and tidy as well. Please give Luana House a visit the next time you come to Yakushima.

Excellent service and really enjoy the stay with my wife. 旅館 主人及女主人非常貼心，提供非常十分到位，令人很滿意的服務，早餐晚餐的時間，食物內容，甚至出入接送到溫泉，女主人安排當地及時令食物。真的十二分讚 👍 無敵的海景，再加上晚上在戶外的滿天星宿絶對帶給每一個遊客一世難忘的經驗。

Les plus gentils, attentionnés, et bienveillants hôtes que nous ayons rencontrés. La pension est belle et bien tenue avec une vue à couper le souffle. La nourriture est délicieuse et les services copieux. Le Toppy était annulé à l’aller et notre séjour fut donc écourté. Ils ont réussi à le rendre inoubliable malgré tout, en nous conseillant et nous aidant pour faire un maximum de visites. Merci beaucoup !!!
