The amenities were really good, with plenty of water, little crackers, and complimentary tea in the room. The washer/drier room is also great, with three of each. There is a great barbecue place right across the street, so good location as well. The hotel is close to a river which is pictured below.

This trip was a parent-child trip, with children and the elderly. The hotel is conveniently located, about 600 meters away from the train station. When staying in a hotel, I am particularly concerned about hygiene. I am very satisfied with Atour. It is really clean, the hotel environment is also very good, the facilities are simple and elegant, and the breakfast in particular is really great. There are Chinese meals that suit the appetite of the elderly and Western meals that suit the appetite of children. It's great! The staff service is also very good, very polite, thumbs up 👍

The location is excellent, next to the subway station, 20 minutes' walk from Hubu Mountain and Huilongwo Cultural Street. The room is clean and tidy. The cleaning staff and front desk staff are all proactive in saying hello. The requirements for a non-smoking floor are also met. The buffet breakfast is quite satisfactory. There are freshly cooked rice noodles and wontons, and the robot delivers takeout to the room. It’s very safe. I’ll book here next time. The slight drawback is that the sound insulation effect is not very good, but earplugs are provided in the room.

The price has increased too much. Normally it is only around 200 yuan but has increased to 823 yuan. The price increase during the National Day is understandable, but the room is pitifully small. The room I was initially assigned had a closed balcony outside the window that could not be entered. After asking to change rooms, I was assigned to the room next to the stairs. The door of the room is shorter than other rooms, like a linen room, and the window is also single-leaf. The price and supporting facilities are too mismatched! During the National Day, the special forces family moved to three cities: Xuzhou, Heze, and Jinan. This hotel in Xuzhou has the worst accommodation and hotel environment, but the price is the highest. In Jinan, Shungeng Villa is only 500 yuan! Xuzhou is really not a tourist city!

The room is extremely small, smelly, and has no windows to the outside (why is it not clearly stated on the booking page?). Living in it is like being locked up in a closed and small space, very depressing. Moreover, the hotel's review system is non-existent. I reported the room problems through the QR code in the room on the night of check-in. However, no one has contacted me during my stay and after I checked out (almost 10 days have passed). So what's the point of putting such a hypocritical QR code? I hope the hotel will reflect on this.

Environment: The hotel is at the intersection, there are not many parking spaces, and there are parking spaces on the third floor and three floors outside the hotel. Vehicles checking in in the evening are basically parked on the curb. The car keys are left at the front desk and the car needs to be moved at any time. There are a lot of battery cars, clattering past the car body. Although it is relatively close to Huilongwo, it is still a bit far to walk to Huilongwo. The price of a Didi taxi is about 6 yuan. There is a rental battery car about 150 meters after turning right out of the hotel. Because you have to find a fixed parking spot to park, each battery car costs about 4 yuan to Huilongwo. The surrounding environment of the hotel is average.
Service: When we checked in, other guests came in after us. According to convention, when we have given our ID cards to the front desk, we should be processed first. But unexpectedly, the front desk checked in the guests who came in later. Moreover, the "high floor" noted when booking the room was given to the guests who checked in before us. They arranged the 16th floor and we arranged the 6th floor.
Hygiene: One of the rooms is next to the linen room. If you book "with a window", see "Video 1". Outside the window is the equipment platform. Light cannot come in through this window, which means there is no room.
I had an allergy on the night I checked in. I took some anti-allergy medicine and got over it. Didn't sleep much all night.
Facilities: The hotel was renovated from an old hotel. There is no Atour element. It's just an ordinary hotel with the name Atour.
There is a separate bathroom for dry and wet areas in the room. There is no paper towels on the sink in the dry area, but a roll of toilet paper is placed. There is no trash can next to the sink.
Sound insulation is very poor. Not only can you hear the sound from the partition wall in the room, but you can also hear the sound from the room diagonally across from the corridor (the room opposite + the room next door).
The hotel room prices have risen ridiculously in the past few days, more than doubling. I checked today that the house price has almost dropped back to its original price.
From the convenience of travel, hotel facilities, and the surrounding environment of the hotel, I do not recommend this hotel.

This trip to Xuzhou was a great experience! In order to have a barbecue, we walked to Xuzhou with our children. When we arrived at Atour, the service was as expected as Xiaohongshu said. When we met the waiter, he took the initiative to say hello to us. Because it was just a day trip, the latest check-out time from the hotel was three days. Yes, I took my children to the zoo at 3 o'clock and couldn't make it back in time. I called and asked if I could delay it. Without saying a word, I delayed it for free. I also gave two bottles of water and lollipops when I checked out. 👍👍. The people in Xuzhou are also very welcoming. Looking forward to coming again next time

How should I put it? This is the first time that I blacklisted a city and a hotel brand because of one person. As for the reason, it must be my fault. I don't deserve it. The girl at the front desk used the best attitude and arranged the worst room for you. When checking in, I wanted a higher floor, but I was told that there were no rooms on the upper floors. Ok, no problem. When I got to the room, I found that the window was facing several central air conditioners and maybe the exhaust vents of the restaurant. It was super noisy, smelly and hot. We went downstairs to communicate and let her hear it herself. How could she sleep at night if it was so noisy in the daytime, with a sick six-year-old child? She immediately said sorry, sorry, I'll change it for you. Her attitude was really good. Then we got a room at the end of the corridor on the 8th floor. It was very dim when the door was opened, but I endured it. She said I would go to get the room card. I thought it was so dark and it might be better to open the window. It turned out to be an inner window, completely airtight, and several meters away from the only window with light. No wonder it was so dark and stuffy. It was the first time I saw with my own eyes that such a person was so sweet-mouthed and yet so vicious. I was really convinced. This time I couldn't help but lose my temper. She immediately took us to a room on a high floor. The window was also ventilated and not noisy. Although the TV had problems and had to be restarted several times before it could be watched, at least it was a normal room. So, either I was not worthy of it, or the customers of Ctrip were not worthy of it. I had to get angry. There was still a long time to go. I hope that this beautiful girl can stay in a good room like the one she arranged when she takes her children out in the future. This is my first and last time in Xuzhou.

We arrived at the hotel in the early morning of the 24th and called the hotel front desk to ask where the parking lot was. The front desk staff asked us to park the car on the roadside in front of the hotel and handed the keys to the front desk (to avoid causing inconvenience to others and to facilitate the front desk staff to move the car). We checked in at 12:30 and checked into room 1701. When we were about to take a shower at one or two o'clock, we discovered that there was no hot water in the water heater. We called the hotel front desk, and they told us that there was no problem with the hot water (but it just wasn't hot!). At our strong request, we changed room to 1001. We discovered that there was no hot water again, so we called the front desk again, and they said that there might be no hot water in the rooms on both sides. We requested to change rooms again, and this time we were moved to the middle room 1607. As expected, there was no hot water either. We were too lazy to bother with that, so we just went to sleep. What's even more exciting is that I finally got hot water the next morning. The hotel front desk told me that they asked a technician to adjust the hot water in the morning. When I went out, I got the car keys from the front desk and got in the car, but I found that the front desk staff did not turn off the engine after moving the car. It was really terrible. This was the worst hotel experience of all the hotels I stayed in!
